  1. With that kind of attitude i would tag him this year and pick up a kicker next year in the draft. It would save us money moving forward and he would at least get his payday for the year.
  2. yea that boy is just trolling
  3. i think you let him play out this year. if the other big boys play really well, we let him walk unless he gives us a hometown discount. If the other big boys don't play well then we have to bite the bullet and keep this mammoth.
  4. ?????????? 1.Perriman a great receiver with ZERO catches in the NFL. 2.Greatest TE group in the NFL, with a 35 year old, a guy with a chronic hip injury, and the other two guys with less than 50 combined catches in the NFL. Oh yeah, two other guys suspended. 3.Forsett, Allen, Henry and West? Your kidding, right. Dixon, Maybe. 4. A rookie LT and a mathematician at LG. Good luck. 5.Multiple game breakers at every position. HAHA 6.Average Joe, 4000 yds. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you must be a steeler fan thats trolling hard right now. calm down.
  5. We must get back to winning our games at home. I hate losing to teams at home that shouldnt be beating us. Last year was tough...
  6. i think its very clear that the FO are ready to let Stanley take over at LT. He was the 6th overall pick in the draft. Usually when a LT is pick that high they tend to start. That doesnt mean they do well, but some have come in and did their job. Here's to hoping Stanley is one of them lol. I think trading Monroe is the best option. Get his contract off the books for next year to resign big boy Brandon Williams. Also Tuckers deal is going to get done soon...hopefully. Jensen played well last year at LG i wouldn't be surprised if he somehow wins the LG position.
  7. i wouldnt say i was happy to see Jimmy get injured, but i was looking forward to the young cbs to get a chance. I want to see more tray walker. Start his development now!
  8. Its sad to see that we have some fair weather fans on all sorts of social media. At the end of the day we had a horrible year. Its hard to place blame on one person. Some of the defensive and offense schemes are questionable, but at the end of the day why don't you try baking a cake without the eggs, milk and powder(stole this analogy from someone lol). It just doesn't work. The lack of offensive talent(due to injuries) causes our defense to stay on the field. When the defense stays on the field, they are bound to give up points. If there's any concern its really the defense. I put no blame on the offense at all because of the injuries. Our defense hasn't had many outside of Suggs, but hes the leader so that has more of an impact than ppl think. At the end of the day if any team in the league lost the quality, not the number, but the quality of players that we did im sure they would have only won 4 games as well. The fight we put in every week is remarkable. The last two weeks have been tough but those two teams are quality playoff teams on a roll so cant really be to upset. Im looking forward to next year, if we can stay healthy we'll be back in the running. Just stop jumping on and off the wagon and stay true to your team.
  9. At the end of the year i am going to make a tape of all the horrible calls made against us and send it into the leauge, to our front office and to the damn president if i have to. We are getting screwed every game and im tired of it. I wouldnt mind it if the same calls were being called against our opponents, but they never do.
  10. Looking at the AFC wildcard race, it may be safe to say that the 6th seed that sneaks in will have a record of 8-8 or 9-7 at best. Alot of the teams that will be fighting for that spot all either have a tough schedule coming up and have to play eachother so the losses will pile up. If we can go 6-2 in the last 8 games, you never know we may sneak in. If we go 7-1 i like our chances.
  11. Of course this is not the MLB or NBA but you cant deny that our roster moves over the past couple years have been pretty bad. There were several WRs in the summer that were free agents that we should have traded our middle round picks for. Our 4th and 5th round picks this year are developmental players, which one of them was cut earlier this year. There was Crabtre, brandon marshall, golden tate, cecil short, the list goes on. Now were pick up players off the streets to compete in games. I have always been a fan of Ozzie and i will still be behind him till the end, but you cant argue that there have been some horrible decisions over the past couple years that have put us in the position.
  12. Great...another player that nobody else wanted is on our 53 man roster. Just great.
  13. i have a gut feeling that Perriman may make his debut after the BYE and Dennis pitta will make his debut soon too. One game at a time boys, and you never know what can happen!
  14. A more aggressive defense! Man id rather give up a big play know that we were very aggressive on Defense, then to give up a big play because we only rushed 4 players and sat in Zone coverage.
  15. 1. Restructure Joe contract 2. Get rid of Monroe 3. Resign Osemele 3. Sign a top wide receiver in free agency for trade for one - JUST DO IT 4. Draft a safety/CB and pass rusher in the first two rounds with our high picks. The order doesn't matter, but someone that is productive. With joe restructuring and alot of the dead money coming off the books i dont see why we cant resign Osemele and sign a top WR free agent next offseason. If im wrong someone please tell me why.
  16. if Trestman calls that same play on first down this weekend i will lose my mind.
  17. i swear if the first play on Sunday is a pass out to JUICE i will boycott the season and make it my goal to get Trestman fired. How is the first play in both first and second half of most of our games the same play. Its sad when Jon gruden points that out on MNF.
  18. Man we are winners. This is just not our season. I was really down earlier this year, but at the end of the day, we are who we are. We have alot of things that went wrong this year, with injuries, dead money and having a lot of young talent. We can put blame on OZ for not keep boldin, or not making a trade in the offseason but for so many years hes made the right decision. I stand by OZ and believe that with the dead money coming off the books, and getting a high draft pick, that we will be a very strong team next year. The last thing i want is for us to win 5-6 games this year and get a pick closer to 10, i want a top 5 pick. Oz has picked some HOFers and probowlers with those kinds of picks.
  19. When i was watching the Bengals on offense yesterday i thought to myself that both Aiken and Marlon would not even be the 5th or 6th wr on their depth chart and we have them at 2 and 3 right now. How sad... We don't have any fire power. We got screwed with out first pick in Perriman. I hope when he does start to play that he comes in like Odell did last year, but that's unlikely. Also i put the blame on Dean Pees for the first two losses, but i dont think we can put this one on him. Its not his fault that Kendrick lewis allowed Green to get over top for that 80 yard TD. Its not his fault that CJ let Dalton cross him over and allowed him to score teh first touchdown in the game. Its not his fault that our CBs are constantly getting torched even when we play man coverage and blitz the QB. This is going to be a very long year. And were pretty much done for the year unless we can manage to win atleast 3 in a row from here. We cannot afford another loss. The only way we make the playoffs at this point is we have to go 10-3 in the last 13 games and hope 10-6 is enough for a wild card spot.
  20. Good decision keeping both Kapron-Lewis and Bilukidi. They are our depth.
  21. Trade has been made for an undisclosed pick http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000523015/article/49ers-import-oline-help-trade-for-center-nick-easton
  22. Perriman can take as long as he needs. As long as our Oline is blocking up front and creating holes for Forsett our passing game will be just fine.
  23. Been to: Buffalo in 2013 - When flacco threw 5 ints Detroit 2013 - Tuckers 64 yard game winner Miami 2014 - Great game, miami was flooded with purple Have been to M&T Bank several times , which is always a blast! This year Season opener in Denver Thursday night in Pitts Miami again Maybe Cinncinati week 17 if the game is critical.
  24. http://www.thescore.com/news/801820 OMG!! Perriman just went down with a knee strain. Hopefully it isnt too bad.
  25. Anybody planning to go to Denver for the season opener? Any Canadians? A group of us are coming from Toronto for the game and it would be nice to get together with other raven fans that weekend.
