How many times do we have to draft a Linebacker and a pass rusher? How many times do we have to watch ozzie miss on guys year after year and then have to go into the next draft with the same needs as the year prior because ozzie keeps missing? Its really pathetic to watch.

one of ozzies little small school draft picks hes missed on has to just sink or swim. We cant keep wasting draft picks on the same position year after year, if ozzie is that bad at recognizing talent then it might be time for eric to have a bigger voice.

Looking at these playoff games really shows me how terrible ozzie and erric have been at drafting. All these teams have all these WR back up on backups and all we can do is try and draft guys and convert them to the position. Why are we wasting time with reynolds who was a college QB and were trying to convert him to WR and KR instead of just drafting one, why? I dont care about these players personL stories I want players that can play

Welp, guess that means more of the same. Trash draft picks (bust, and loading up on positions were already deep at just to stick with the "best player available strategy"), one trick ponys at WR (Deep ball or bust), and injury prone starters at every position. I see why people bangwagon so much, being a fan of a losing team sucks, But aw well go ravens blah blah

Blame/fire who ever you want but you cant draft trash and expect these coaches to recycle them and make them solid players.

Ozzie and the front offices inability to find WRs when it seems like these other franchises find them any and everywhere shows that their scouting procedures are out dated.
