  1. Never saw those, sorry. You're right about that, I guess Scream was unique in that rite.

Yeah, like you, I suspected Trevor was too obvious right off the bat. I thought it could've been the blonde cop, too, lol. Which killing did you like the best? The Trevor one was pretty brutal. And the blood-bath of the next-door neighbor was gruesome, too. Anthony Anderson getting a knife in the forehead. Yughhh

Yeah, my girlfriend said there were two killers in the first one. But, again, I never saw it so I was taken for a loop. My only knowledge of Scream 1 came from Scary Movie 1 haha.

Scary movie is great haha...I liked the Jill kill the best because she was a ruthless, nasty B hahaha...besides that probably the next-door neighbor

  2. Well nudity and drugs? I don't know how much that has to do with slasher, adrenaline movies. I didn't mean to be sarcastic, it was unique in the aspect that it had all of the clichéd archetypes yet made fun of them the whole time.

The story was marginal, better than I was expecting. "Decent", like you said, is a good word for it.

And I was mad that there were

    two killers!
Made it impossible for me to figure out who it was. I was convinced it was the reporter... until she got stabbed  Definitely unpredictable but it all made sense, towards the end.

Friday the 13th? Halloween? They definitely have some of that in there. Others too but can't think of any off the top of my head. I do love Halloween though...oh right right.

    Well there was

    two killers
in Scream 1 and 2 but that threw me off too. I was convinced it was just about everyone at one point or another haha. I suspected the blonde cop and Trevor even though I knew they were both too obvious, Hayden Panettiere, the publicist, Jill, and Robbie. So pretty much the entire cast haha.

  3. It did make fun of itself/horror movie cliches a lot. Pretty funny.

Again, I didn't see any of the first three but I liked it. It's not a "scary movie", like an "Alien" or "Exorcist" movie but, rather a "jumpy" movie. I jumped a lot. A lot of "he's right behind you!" and plot twists in the story.

Definitely unique. LOTS of blood. LOTS of pretty girls being murdered. Lots of phone calls. But they made fun of it the whole time, the entire movie is filled with jokes.

I love the Scary Movie series so I couldn't help myself from always thinking of Officer Dewey as Officer Doofy

Were you sarcastic when you said definitely unique haha? I think its unique because there's no nudity and no drugs and they actually have decent storylines instead of people just going around slaughtering people for no reason. And Scream 4 was unpredictable. I guarantee you didn't see the killers coming.

  4. Being forced to see Scream 4 tomorrow. Were the first three any good or were they the typical, cliched horror movies with a bunch of teenagers?

I dont think theyre typical horror movies I think Scream is unique in some ways...How did you like Scream 4?

  5. Guys you have to see Scream 4...especially if youre a fan of 1, 2, and 3. I loved it. I've always been a Scream fan and I thought this one was better than even the original. One of the most unpredictable horror movies I can remember. You'll spend the whole movie trying to figure out who the killer is and youll never get it. I give it 8 or 9 out of 10 stars.

  6. Speaking of Zombies, I DESPISE Rob Zombie. Completely butchered the Halloween films in his 2 remakes. My favorite horror series by the way. There's no denying that Michael Myers is by far the coolest serial killer in movie history. And Rob Zombie just butchered that classic mask. It looked horrible in his remakes and nothing like Michael Myers is supposed to look like.

  7. I kid, I kid. Honestly thought that movie was older than 2004.

Why do they make sequels of films like that.? Where are the good sequels like Beetlejuice2!

Yea I haven't seen em but heard theyre horrible and they have no name actors so I'm not even gonna give them a chance...Something I thought the Butterfly Effect did really well was have adult actors that actually looked like they could have looked like the younger characters when they were kids. Usually movies are way off with that type of thing.
