"Who is Kaelin Clay?" he's the guy that saved Shaub from the blade, because if it wasn't for Urban/Hill/Clay.. and we had lost that game...Shaub would def be out of the starting position. But since we won it, it kind of takes the spotlight off the fact that Shaub threw one pick 6, then threw another INT at the end. I actually had a bad feeling it was going to happen smh.
Just remeber, it was Hill who abandoned his deep coverage, to jump a crossing route, on the game tying touchdown.
Smith's scar needs some explaining. Definitely not typical for the injury. I went without surgery, cast or boot, already running again at just four months.
you must not have torn you achilles tendon. I had surgury in October and was in a boot until April. Even pros, with their personal trainers and state of the art facilities, take two years to regain their pre-injury performance. Remember when Suggs returned from his injury? He was stout against the run, but more of a decoy as a pass rusher.
Webby, hate to break it to you, but you HAVE gotten older. You played FS in college, and have lost a step in the pros due to your many injuries. If the team needs you at FS, continue to collect your CB paycheck, have a coke and a smile and play the damn position.
Who do you put at corner to replace Webb? Let's see what Brooks can do at FS once he gets the cast off of his thumb.
Tucker will not get paid until the off season due to the dead money against the cap. If they can't come to an agreement, he will be tagged. The tag for kickers is very reasonable.
If healthy I thought there would be a chance he'd come back. With this injury at his age sadly I don't see it. Starting now he'd have to work his butt off to make it by the regular season and it would be close. We know he has the mental and physical toughness to get it done but his mind was already thinking this was the end.
I'm sorry to say, I have to agree. This injury takes a year to come back from, especially for someone who uses quickness and speed. Remeber when Suggs came back after 8 months? He could set the edge in the run defense, but his pass rush was non-existent.
Now we find out about the remaining receivers. Flacco will have to identify the best match up and not default to SSS. Too many times this season, Flacco has held the ball waiting for SSS to get open, or forced the ball to him because he does not trust the other receivers. The bye week is the time to teach those receivers. The Raven's season rests on Flacco trusting them.
How can the 22nd ranked center be a "big upgrade"? He is a sixth year pro with less than 2 years experience starting at center. I would love to see the rankings for Zuttah and Gradkowski over the final 6 to 8 games.

Look at the replay, if Terrence Brooks (31) blocks somebody, instead of running up the field, it is a first down.
