Kubiak will get hired as a head coach next year and he will take his guy Dennison with him so in the end Shanahan will be our OC in 2015 season if he doesn't get an offer for Head coach because he's a young coach on the rise.

It's obvious Shanahan has the job that's why he wanted to bring in his guy Dennison because he already know how he work.

It has to be Shanahan it's cut pretty clean right now his resume speaks for it self they just want other people in the organization to feel like they will always have a chance to move up when something comes open.

If there were any negatives with Shanahan being a problem we have to remember the guy is very young and he has probably learned and matured since then so I think he will be a great addition to this team. You can not just write somebody because of something the media has said about him everybody make mistakes you just learn from them and move forward. Harbs please hire Shanahan before someone else does.

If they were 100 percent sold on Shanahan they would have hired him already he has a good resume but there is something that's stopping them from hiring him. We need a guy that Flacco is comfortable with not a control freak.
