You couldn't have watched the game if you think that was all Flacco fault. He did not have any time to even plant his feet to throw the ball. I don't care who you are if you don't have time to throw you can't move the ball.
We had to pick up somebody. Jernigan will give us all the pass rush we need this year. Babin will just need to play a role and not try to be a super star. Were good on defense we need Peeriman people because without a deep threat teams will gone man coverage against us all game and that's not good.
We lost the game but I am very excited about our defense the only reason our offense was so bad was because we did not have a deep threat. We will be better when we can get Peeriman on the field.
Bring the pressure we will kill them with quick screens to the WR and check downs, that's easy pickings we will dominate in this game just watch raven nation.
I think Perriman is fine their just being extra cautious because of his prior knee issues. The same way the Rams are doin with Gurley. Perriman is the future here we can't just throw him out there early and possibly ruin his career just because of some preseason experience. He has plenty of time to gain reps. I say sit him as long as we need to nobody will remember this when he is out there making plays.
It's so funny to see Gilmore break tackles like that cause he has that lazy demeanor which is why he absorbs those hits and on the other end of the stick he is big and powerful.
Waller, Marlon Brown, and all of our TEs in goal line packages. I believe there will be at least one 5'9 corner covering at lease one of those guys which will result to a touchdown 90% of the times.
I say we let Rashad Melvin have that #2 cornerback position let him learn on the fly and by playoffs he should be able to handle his own. With Jimmy and Rashad we can play tight man coverage instead of that cover 2 crap. This will allow Dum and Sizz more time to do what they do best. This is just my opinion now but Rashad is further alone than Jimmy was in year 2 of his career so I say let him play.
We have to keep Deandre Carter to fill the slot void just in case Campanaro goes down and we also need to keep Waller just in case Perriman goes down period.
