I think what this guys thinks...

Great read.
thanks for the link. I agree 100%
I just love how we're supposedly the bad guys for catching them cheating.
What on earth kind of world are they living in up there?
I'll play again if you guys will have me. Let's see if I can climb out of the cellar ![]()
"you guys don't want to look at evidence....read the suit, read the suit..."
So Br*dy's crapola POV is now "evidence" because his lawyers wrote it down? after lying through his teeth from day one?
Your gullibility would be laughable if it weren't so darn sad.
Great take from a guy on CNN:
http://www.cnn.com/2015/07/29/opinions/downey-tom-brady/index.html
Brady does his cause no favors. The claim, "I did nothing wrong and no one in the Patriots organization did, either," is a broad, sweeping and preposterous statement.
Those improperly inflated footballs were not delivered by evil elves from Santa's toy shop or invisible wizards from the oblong-pigskin galaxy. Was he implying that a mysterious stranger with no connection to the Patriots (and in possession of a fake ID) sneaked into the stadium pushing a fresh shipment of balls in a wheelbarrow?
I believe in Santa before I'd believe Br*dy and his lawyers.
while id love that, the conversation is always gonna find its way back to the torrey smith comparisons and its gonna spark arguments everytime because some folks around here are correct and the others are too lazy to find out for themselves that they are not alike. its going to happen repeatedly until perriman steps on the field for us and shows people that they are quite different styles of wr
agreed, and the Torrey comparisons are a valid avenue of conversation.
I was referring to the analysis of a certain poster's opinions on every draft pick we've ever made.
Let's see: cries when he's about to be tackled, wears uggs, sends 10,000 texts in a couple of months, uses facebook to make an important statement. Yep, Brady is a 15 year old girl.
ROFL!!!!
Post of the off-season.
Hey, guys, any chance of keeping this thread on-topic (ie Perriman), and discussing the kid on his merits?
I understand the frustration, but we've veered WAAAY off here.
Not worried about Sizzle at all.
I'm pretty much with the majority when I say that I do not care if the Patriots used under-inflated football. In a game that was that big of a blowout, the proper ball inflation probably would not have mattered.
However, where I get mad is that Patriots tried to cover it up and act like they did not do a thing wrong, but they took the fine of $1M and a first round draft pick with no appeal and suspended the ball boys with no outside authority telling them to. That kinda says something is up to a degree.
If Brady and the Patriots come out and say, "Hey, I preferred the balls to be on the low end of the inflation spectrum and the cold weather must have taken it down further," then it is absolutely no big deal. However, to try to lie and cover it up, while withholding the text messages that could very well set you free if what you're saying is true is very damning to me. Personally, I just want the suspension upheld because of the lying and lack of cooperation.
that kinda says a LOT, actually.
I agree, it's not that big of a deal in the one game they actually got caught doing it, but what really makes me mad is the five years of ludicrous fumbling statistics that basically proves their entire "legacy" is built on cheating, lying, and covering up.
And the attitude that cheating is no big deal, and the rest of the league is out to get them because they're just that good. Well, they're not. They're nothing but a mediocre team in a terrible division who can't win without cheating.
considering gino is undersized and he plays like he is, a manbeast like brandon williams will have the coaches considering benching him.
i think a huge thing that goes overlooked is what we will do at RT. if wagner is healthy, i think we'll be ok. i personally feel better with monroe blocking shane ray on passing downs and wagner blocking von on passing downs, and im hoping the broncos DC recognizes shane ray is best placed on the blind side since millers game is much more complete. if that is their line up then i think our OL (if healthy) has the advantage
coming out of OTAs, it appears Gino has the starting job.
His only real competition is sophomore Matt Paradis, who's listed on the roster at the exact same size as Gino - 6'3, 300.
So, yeah, I suppose they could bench Gino, but it won't be based on size.
I can't wait for Sept.!!!
To all of those defending Flacco you don't need to. He is going to shut everyone up himself this year. The lowly media writes many articles to draw attention to themselves or their stories. Without any shock factor, no one would care what they have to say. I easily see us competing for the Lombardi in January and February. Hopefully Billacheat and Luck can't stop us. You already know Carroll will blow a big game to get cute.
PS: Draft Flacco in Fantasy
that's my plan ![]()
Was wondering where the Ravens stayed...Thanks!
Wow, beer slurpees, that's awesome!!! ![]()
I've been there for the 2012 playoff game and the season opener in 2013. If you're sitting in the South Stands Endzone area (section 130's) they are pretty nasty and have always had that reputation regardless of if you're a lady or not. I sat there for the playoff game and we waited for 1/2 the place to leave before we left as they weren't happy, for the season opener we sat in the opposite endzone and was treated wonderfully, probably because of the score.
Just a lil info to share with you.
Thanks, Miami.
I am a bit worried about that (I'm in the 130's) especially cause I see our Ravens taking this game! I do have the option to trade that seat with someone else in my group, but it's such a great view, I'll probably just tough it out. We'll see what the score is at halftime. I always considered Denver fans kind of wussy (like their team, and The Great Wuss Elway!), but that end zone can be a different story.
How awesome was that playoff game??? I still have it on the DVR, in fact just watched it again the other day. That shot at the end of Harbaugh with his arm around Ray Rice watching Tucker kick the game-winner still makes me cry. Heartbreaking.
I have my theory on our snub. I think it came down to the senior member of the owners club, Jack Kent Cooke, working over Tagliabue. In the end, it didn't matter ... it only delayed the inevitable.
People in Cleveland who whine about the Ravens get no sympathy from me. The league gave them a franchise (with the same logo and history) on a platter 2 years after their team's departure. They told us to go build a museum. The loss of the Browns was in no small part due to the fact that the league botched the expansion selection.
While none of this went to script, right now, I wouldn't have it any other way. We've got a fantastic organization behind a fantastic franchise, with a fantastic fan base. I'll take it.
Great post!
I never quite looked at the Cleveland situation like that, but you're absolutely right.
Agreed but I'm enjoying this season as well. Comparisons to the first season just isn't fair and shouldn't be made. Woody & Matt put on all time great TV series performances, IMO.
Despite being a depressing show, It's still got some funny moments. Evil Vince is finally starting to grow on me. I think this most recent episode is his best.
totally agree.
NOTHING comes close to that 1st season, Woody and Matt were both amazing, as was the writing. Best show I've ever seen on TV, I don't see how anything can be expected to come close.
Whatever happened to the boyfriend? Good ole Smyth, handled the situation like a Raven.
That's what I want to know. She still dating that guy, or what???
sounds great! we're definitely planning on looking for other Ravens fans to tailgate with, especially since we'll be split up once we're inside.
Searching for two tickets together even was impossible - even on the full-price page, it was still "searching" (don't refresh the page, or you'll lose your place in line!) 45 min. later. When the half-price page told me they were sold out, we gave up and started looking for singles - the only full-price singles were $435.
I don't know how they get away with it. My brother has awesome PSLs at the Bank, and his base price is $125, for seats 12 rows up on the 5 yd line. Sports Authority is just insane.
So, after and hour and 10 min. online with the Bot-Villain that is ticketmaster (two of us on the phone with 4 windows open searching), we ended up buying 5 singles on the half-price deal, because we couldn't get even two together, and base price in the 300s was $370 -$435, for singles relatively close together. So, we're all in the 100 level, but spread all over the stadium!
My seat is right smack in the middle of the endzone, 15 rows up, for $67.50.
Can't wait to see my Ravens down on the goal line!!!!!
Hope those crazy Broncos fans down there know how to treat a lady ![]()
Please guys,....study lots of tape.
Amen.
Thanks for the link, I'll definately check it out.
Ravens tix go on sale 7/21, for home games.
Broncos official ticketmaster on-sale for Sports Authority Field is Wed July 8 @11am mountain time.
Good luck!
Hi!
My son and I are planning on coming down from Montana for the game, it would be awesome to meet up with you guys.
Do you have tickets yet, know where you're sitting? We're hoping to snag something reasonable during the general on-sale this Wed., because prices on the exchange are astronomical. I'd love to sit behind the Ravens bench, though, might have to bite the bullet to make that happen ![]()
Does anyone watch bloodline on Netflix?
Just started that - I'm up to episode 8. Got mixed feelings about it, though, not finding any of the characters very likable at this point.
It's interesting, because I think we're wired to think Kyle Chandler is the good guy - hey, he's Coach Taylor, after all - and on the surface he's a good family man and sheriff, but then he keeps lying and pulling all this manipulative crap, and you realize he's NOT a very nice guy.
And just when you're feeling all sorry for poor mis-treated Danny...
I felt the same way about Gone Girl - an interesting study on human behavior, but the characters were all SO unlikeable, there was nothing to identify with emotionally. Still, I'll watch the rest, curious to see how it all ends up.

As we say in statistics, it's a correlation, not necessarily causation.
No denying it's a pretty strong correlation, however. People can determine the meaning of that correlation for themselves.
