  1. You're kidding, right? Ben and Flacco get the same protection from the refs as Br*dy and Manning? Just lost all credibility there.
  2. Ngata's been out all PS on the non-football injury list. So we'd still be missing him even if he hadn't been traded.
  3. and you can bet they don't throw the flag.
  4. "It's a clean hit by Terrell Suggs. He's absolutely 1000% right. It is a totally clean hit...What's mind-boggling is Chip Kelly had the read-option in with a QB who has a history of getting hurt. So if you do not want your QB to get hurt, do not call the read-option while he's in the game... He (Sizzle) did his assignment, it wasn't a dirty play." Willie McGinest on TA tonight. And Heath Evans calling us a "well-coached football team." Didn't see that one coming, but pretty cool after all.
  5. Used to watch that with my mom and she loved it. The movie that started it all, American Graffiti was on the other night, with Cindy Williams and Ronny Howard. I'd forgotten how great the music was in that flick.
  6. I don't see that at all. More like "how resilient we could be, and who is going to fight no matter what." Giving props to coaches is how I read it.
  7. yeah, I think their game plan was to show us nothing but vanilla all week in practice, then mess with our headsets, and pull out all the stops. Chip needed a beatdown over somebody/anybody badly after all the scrutiny he's been under, and we were his sacrificial lamb on national TV. And the refs just handed it to him after Sizzle tried to argue with them. Still, no excuses. We're better than that.
  8. That's how I remember it, too. Ours came back up pretty quickly after Harbs told them to fix it one way or the other.
  9. Didn't it happen during our SB? When the lights came back on, our headsets didn't come back up, and Harbs refused to resume play until they were either fixed, or SF gave theirs up?
  10. NO!!!! Not Jordy!
  11. So Joe's terrible performance could somehow be related to a communication breakdown from the sidelines? Who was calling plays then? Maybe that's what Trestman needs to work on with him, giving him a little more control so he's more comfortable on his own, because this is bound to happen again in a reg. season game. Anybody remember the SB?
  12. Cassius Vaughn was everywhere in the 2nd half. Playing like he really wants a job. And Tom Nelson just continues to shine. Two bright spots in an abysmal evening.
  13. He's looked good on ST tonight, too.
  14. I gotta agree with you there, cobra
  15. Asa gave it up to take 27
  16. and half of those sitting out would be playing if this was the real season.
  17. Dr. Leigh Anne does not look happy
  18. he should have gotten it.
  19. Woo-hoo! LOVE the little screen to Forsett. I want to see a lot more of that.
  20. Amen, bro. Gonna need it.
  21. Albert Breer reporting that Flacco is expected to play halfway into the second quarter.
  22. Ah, yeah, that guy. Looked very good in what little playing time he got last week, and you know Harbs just loves guys who can play more than one position. Can't wait to see what he does tonight.
