  1. Hope he starts week one!
  2. Just like all the others right? By the end of the week you won't be able to recall his name. Just like all the others.
  3. He's a practice squad guy... It means little next to nothing.
  4. Doesn't sound like you were quite so "sure" after all.... Posted 04 September 2015 - 01:01 PM "for return man we have Webb, SSS, Camp, Magee (if they keep him). Ozzie still might wait to see who gets cut from other teams. Im sure hes on the case. " So which is it...??? Either way... HE GONE!!!Ozzie better have something up his sleeve, or we could be in trouble.
  5. Hoping and praying that Jah Reid earns a starting position.... As A Steeler, Bengal, or a Brown! Good Luck Blah, I mean Jah.
  6. The season is 17 weeks long and hasn't even started yet. We all like Carl Davis too, but preseason means little next to nothing. Soon you'll be able to boast about Perriman too. Then we can all boast about BOTH.
  7. We need to get Webb, and Camp on the field long enough to fulfill their role at CB and WR before we can even consider either of them as candidates for kick/punt returners. If they can't play at their primary positions then how are you going to give them the extra responsibility to play special teams? Steve could do it in a pinch, but do we really want to put our #1 receiver(by far) at risk... I don't. And Magee, I think he'll be gone. Hope Ozzie find somebody quick.
  8. And that's one of the main reasons nobody likes Belichik... His miserable personality. Other than winning games he's just seems like a dreadful, awful human being. John is better than that. He had a much better showing last night.
  9. If Harbaugh handled himself so professionally then he wouldn't have had anything to apologize about in the first place right? He's got a track record for treating them that way, so do they all catch him at a bad time? As I said before this was not an isolated incident... This one just happened to be on national TV. Maybe now he'll actually see himself doing it and realize how bad it really looks.
  10. That's all he was looking for is simple, obvious answers. That's kinda how most half time interviews go with most coaches that are able to compose themselves. Nobody's looking for rocket science. Clearly Harbaugh wasn't able to muster up any kind of appropriate response either way.
  11. You can't possibly consider what Harbaugh said, the way he said it, and then the nasty look he gave Brent as "criticism." C'mon man your smarter than that. In fact Brent couldn't have been any more professional. Basically ignoring Harbaugh's childish rant. Harbaugh treats the staff reporters like that because he knows he can get away with it and in his eyes he sees them as subordinates, but that's no way to treat anybody, especially not on national TV. This is exactly what he signed up for when he took on the job of being a head coach. He needs to learn to deal with it in a more professional manner. Glad everything is good though, but lets see what happens next time.
  12. Lol... no it isn't. That's coach speech for acting like a jerk, and what's this about taking advantage of Harbaugh's emotions??? You think they're going on their first date or something??? Harb's is a grown man isn't he? If Harbaugh's skin isn't thick enough to take questions from reporters by know then he's in the wrong business. Did I mention that Brent's questions were perfectly fine, and even if they weren't that's still no excuse for John to behave the way that he did. Unpro... and I expect better from a head coach as good as John is. If you thought his questions were so bad then there would never really be an appropriate time to ask them at all. Not even at the end of the game. It's not a reporters job to be "thoughtful", it's their job to get answers to the questions that people want to know. There's a term used when referring to "thoughtful reporters" it's called "unemployed." Also not true. The point at which Harbaugh walked away and glared at Harris the question asked was in fact a football question. If Harbaugh was so confident that he behaved appropriately then he never would have come out today and stated in a press conference that he's no good at half time interviews. Even Harbaugh basically admits that he was wrong. Your right he didn't, but he most certainly tried to, and I commend Brent for being the bigger man. Ratings for what exactly? Ravens talk??? Or do you mean he's just trying to get a little recognition for himself by trying to ruffle John's feathers a little bit. Either way a better professional would have handled the situation appropriately.... John didn't. Even if they did the only problem you'd have with that is that neither of them would be stupid enough to publicly admit it, so either way... I win. Well... I would expect as much from the players, and yourself for that matter, but from a top five NFL head coach I expect a little bit more. And there are plenty that don't. Awww... Poor widdle Harbaugh got upset by Big Bad Brent's questions. If that's all it takes to get that type of reaction out of him then maybe instead of being a top five coach he needs to start working on being a top three coach, or maybe even #1. Maybe then he'll get all of the softball questions from the reporters, but until then I would suggest having a thicker skin and treat other people the same way he would like to be treated.
  13. If Harbaugh didn't like the question then all he had to do is say "next question." I didn't find anything wrong with Brents questions at all. I'm sure most of us would like to know what he said to Gruden. It wasn't necessary for Harbaugh to belittle, or humiliate Brent for no reason. Harbaugh was completely unprofessional, and handled himself quite poorly. He also has a reputation of doing this to other Ravens media staffers as well. There's no excuse for it. Just say next question and keep it moving. Keep it pro bro. I'll guarantee you that Steve Bisciotti and Dick Cass are not patting John on the back right now and saying "way to represent."
  14. "After giving him intentionally terse non-answers, Harbaugh said, "Give me a good question and I'll answer it." As Harris thanked Harbaugh for the interview, the Ravens coach walked away and then looked back to give Harris an extra smirk."http://www.baltimoresun.com/entertainment/tv/z-on-tv-blog/bal-john-harbaugh-jerk-brent-harris-interview-20150830-story.html Way to keep it professional Brent! Being upset is no excuse to treat people poorly.
  15. If Webb, AND Camp make it through this short week of practices without any kind of setbacks I'll be thrilled.
  16. Bears just cut Tim Jennings.
  17. Not a very good representation of the first class organization that we so often claim to be Harbaugh, and from what I understand from other members of our own local media this was not an isolated incident. Brent Harris was only doing his job, and you were rude and just down right ignorant to him. Not a very good look John, and you should apologize to him.
  18. Steve Bisciotti needs to make Steve Smith an offer that he can't refuse. We really can't afford to lose this guy, and he's still got a few good years left.
  19. Exactly what happened to RG knee last week when Trent Williams was out. He got clobbered.
  20. Webb needs to start his off season training immediately after our last game of the season. That way he gets all of his nagging injuries out of the way during the off season and by the time next preseason gets here he'll be in mid-season form.
  21. Because you specifically stated that back injuries, and achilles injuries as two injuries that "get worse over time - not better." Are you going to add triceps injuries to the list now? Ok then, Ray made a full recovery from that injury as well.
  22. He was himself... Maybe only at about 75%, but he was most certainly himself. He was at 75% because he hadn't fully recovered yet but still felt as though he could contribute to the team, not because the injury caused him to decline. Pretty big difference. I'm pretty sure he came back and helped us win a SB that year. If there's anything causing Terrell Suggs to decline it might have more to do with the fact that he's 32 years old, and entering his 13th season at OLBer. There are zero indications that his achilles has hindered him, and what do you mean retire earlier???
  23. Because he suffered a pretty significant achilles injury just a few years ago, and in your previous post you seem to be making a broad generalization about all achilles injuries when you were referencing K.O,s injury.... "Point is that he's always hurt. I've had back injuies and the bigger you are the worse it is. A "full recovery" does not mean back to 100% and its increasingly diminished performance returns in a punishing sport. Throw the Achillies in on top, and that's two injuries that get worse over time - not better. The question was "would you take Yanda or K.O. at this point?" Personally I like them both. K.O. has the youth and Yanda is an elite (maybe the best)O-lineman in the league. Yanda wins"
  24. Oh you mean that "phantom" back injury that mysteriously popped up all of a sudden once he realized that he lost his starting LT spot. The very same "phantom" back injury that could never be diagnosed, or confirmed by the doctors? The same exact "mystery" back injury that only seemed to bother him AFTER immediately signing contracts with other teams. Jared Gaither was nothing more than a con artist looking for a quick payday, and the Ravens were just one of his victims.
  25. Remind me again how K.O's back, and Suggs achilles turned out.
