I have to eat my words and declare being wrong. Kubiak IS in the running and the front runner. Kubiak, Dennison and Shanahan all together. Wow! When Steve says he is going to fix a problem, he means to fix it. If nothing else, he is hiring all the available candidates and anyone left without an OC is going to be hurting. Go Ravens.

Just read that it looks like Andy Moellar will not be going anywhere. That actually could be real good news since it was under him that the Ravens were always capable of running the ball. It could be bad news if the running games non existance last year was due to the fact that Moellar and Castillo didn't see eye to eye on just about everything. That is what caused some player friction because alot of them were against changing anything that Moellar already had in place.

If you remember a few years ago Belick went 13-3, then had a bad season the following year and he was fired. Granted, he didn't just win the Super Bowl but he did have a ring and he had a season plagued with injuries, but he was fired anyway.

Will Harbaugh be fired next season because of a bad season? Probably not, but if they go 3-13, it wouldn't surprise me if he got the axe.

I doubt that very much. If he got fired that would be about 7 million in dead money. We just went through that with Billick paying him for 4 years and nothing to show for it.

Besides --Biscotti is not the type to pull the trigger that quickly. He knows that the winning way is not to change Head Coaches every couple of years. If you look around the league, it never works. Raiders and browns are a couple of examples.
