  1. Agreed. I would of bet that Holiday was going to be a Raven. But then again, he went to LSU not Alabama. LOL
  2. No need for everyone to debate what Elliot Harrison is saying. Basically all he is doing is predicting, or even guessing. It means just as much as all the Mock Drafts-absolutely nothing. It is usually best to wait until the season is playing out then people can say we are this or we are that. Until then we just practice to get better each day. GO RAVENS!
  3. Agreed. Just because a guy is drafted in round 1 or 2 (Any round really) does not automatically make him starting caliber. Look around the league and you can see undrafted players starting in place of drafted players. Earning a spot is the only way. Players will tell you, "Nothing is given"
  4. The last paragraph is by far the most important. "Keep Everyone Healthy"!!!
  5. WE always have been the undervalued underdog. It works for us. It's part of our persona.
  6. I really don't get all the praise for Schaub. If he is so good as people say, don't you think he would be starting for a team? Heck even a Qb starved Cleveland didn't sign him. He has completely lost his mojo IMO. I am reading about the OTA's and and he continues to throw interceptions. Not just INT's, but pick 6 Int's. Not to mention bouncing balls short. A rookie beat him out in Oakland for the starting job. His last year with the Texans was abysmal and he still had Adrian Foster running the ball and Andre Johnson as his go to receiver. If we keep him, we better hope Flacco stays healthy.
  7. Reports of Int's and short hopping are very concerning, especially since he is to have some knowledge of the Offensive system coming in.
  8. I agree. I like this guy a lot!.
  9. I would hate to be the one to choose between Carter, Waller and Butler. All have been exceptional so far. Real tough choices coming for the coaching staff.
  10. Yes it would. Add Tucker also. If its too good to be true it usually is. Lol
  11. Watching the OTA videos. it seems that Flacco likes throwing to Waller alot. That is a good thing.
  12. I don't think you can have it both ways can you? Either he is Done with nothing left or Solid Back-up? Has to be 1 or neither one right?
  13. I believe Steve will get it done. Like a lot of people, I am looking forward and excited about the upcoming season. I know that we are very talented but I keep asking myself "Are we too young and inexperienced at this point. I sure hope not. I would love to see rookies and vets gel together to take this season by storm and climb to heights we haven't seen yet. GO RAVENS!
  14. I agree. I think that the coaching staff just does not have the "Trust" that Campanaro can stay healthy. He hasn't given any indication to the fact that he can so far. They like him a lot, but they have to believe that he can stay healthy and right now they do not.
  15. Just goes to show people just how good our front office is at drafting and signing players for the future. Knowing that Ngata was going to be very expensive and maybe his best has been played, Ozzie & Company went out and got Jernigan, Wiliams, etc. Always thinking ahead and not afraid to let big named stars go has done us well so far. It works. Go Ravens!
  16. Even though they say he will be back for Training Camp, this hurts his changes big time IMO. I feel bad for him but luckily we do have a lot of talent to challenge for a spot. It opens the door and gives the other guys a better chance of making the squad. Campanaro wasn't assured a spot to begin with, but his chances just took a dive.
  17. I think you are 100% right on that. With all the talent at WR now, it is going to be tough. Not to mention that some of his competition are very tall, very big guys. Waller @ 6-6 240 is one guy I hope to see this season. Imagine just how high he can get up to snag the ball from the air. Tough choices ahead for the coaching staff.
  18. While I agree that there is a learning curve for all rookies, that doesn't mean that he can't "set the world on fire". Look at last years WR class. Evens, Beckham etc. I would like to think (and hope) that Perriman has that kind of production in his first year also.
  19. My hopes are for Waller to be "one we've been waiting for". You just have to love a 6'6 240lb receiver.
  20. NO way Yanda walks. Oz and company too smart to let that happen. It's going to be very expensive but in the end he stays.
  21. That is 100% correct. That is 1 stat that never gets mentioned and to me is very defineing. There really are not many that can keep making playoffs with a different Coordinator each year. I for one applaud him.
  22. exactly! Brady gets 2 games or dare to say just 1. That would seem to be the deal that was "Hugged" out.
  23. Very underrated by others. Front off ice loves him. He has done a very good job for us. Come free agency, he will have many suitors.
