I'd wait for the QB carousel to shakeout leading up to the draft b4 I'd ever project any of this year's crop of QBs to a top 10 (and esp a top 5) selection. I know desperate teams do desperate things, but a top 10 selection of a 2nd or 3rd round project.... See the 2011 QBs that were snatched early...what a waste of a good draft pick.

Well if playing time really helps much J thomas injury could make an argument for McPhee to be worth more In The comp department. Either way the formula they have is so confusing I just hope we can get good enough picks to have ammo to move around and go get a guy we really like.

Perriman's return will happen when it happens or it simply won't happen for him this year. I'm sure he's not happy with his situation but the body does what the body does. Writers and fans need to get off his case.

I believe the Ravens will have 5 or 6 wins and pick in the top 10. The top prospects at our positions of need will be gone but we'll get a top 10 pick and 4 top 100s.

Ravens over the years have had several players that "could be one of the best," but just have never stepped up and fulfilled their potential. Croc could be special, let's hope so, but time will tell.

I love the draft, watch the draft, read the draft analysts predictions, but when it comes to picking players for the Ravens I leave it to the pros in the knows -- Joe Hortiz and his staff to sort through the prospects and Ozzie and Eric to pick the right people to make the Ravens winners. Wishing and hoping like the rest of you, I think we get 3 top tier players with our early picks and some solid depth with our mid-round picks.

We need a RB, a 2 WRs, 2 edge rushers, and 3 dbacks...all with speed and athleticism. All in all a very tall order. So much can happen in 6 months time.

PS  You can throw an o-lineman in there also.

Wow, as bad as the Ravens are playing right now, they still will not be picking in the top 10 come April. There are far too many teams that will have a worse record than we at the end of December.
