  1. Questionable pick since he gets burned deep a in college. I think I read somewhere on pff that says he gives up 50 percent completion percentage on passes towards him. Ozzie needs to stop drafting Alabama players a lot of them don't even live up to the hype. Besides Mosley every Player from Alabama doesn't meet there expectation in the Pros

  2. Like I posted in another thread, I don't know if the organization expects to win this year (like they say are) or are building for the future. Besides our secondary getting better we have gotten worse in the o-line, now d-line, WR, and the lost of zack orr and dumervil doesn't help. Now Timmy Jerngian is gone, I'm convinced we won't win the division.  I'm not negative about the Ravens usually but I think this season we go 6-10 to 5-11 best case scenario 8-8

  3. I feel like we are confused. We sign players to compete, but we have so many holes that needs time to rebuild. No true go to guy in the receiver core, offensive line has holes and depth concern, and the RB who is doing the best gets the ball. Conclusion on offense we have no stability. Defensively we got better in the secondary, but that's pretty much the only spot we have improved on this offseason. We lost Orr and dumervil and Suggs gets a year older. No matter what we do in the draft I still think this team goes 7-9 best case scenario but realistically 6-10 or 5-11

And you wouldve been the same guy saying "why are we letting Santonio Holmes go, Mike wallace, then emmanuel sanders go.... now we have a hole and just an unproven late round pick" who then turns into Antonio Brown when given the chance to be the Go To guy.

Center and RT are legitimate to be worried about. But they have a plan there -- plenty of time to let that shake out.

But when youve made a bunch of high draft investments in players.... at some point you gotta take the training wheels off and let them go be the weapon they can be. It's like this fan base wouldnt know what to do with a young Deandre Hopkins, Antonio Brown, Mike Evans, Odell Beckham, Dez Bryant, etc... we'd be begging to sign big money, "proven" guys a head of them to take their snaps and opportunity. Then when they break out year 4 we lose em.

Time to find out what Perriman, Maxx Williams, Camp, Moore, Reynolds, Gillmore, Boyle, Waller, and Dixon can do.

And if suddenly youve got really good players in Perriman, one of the TEs and Dixon -- well now, theres a trio of young, explosive weapons that the offense is built around.

It's what we've been begging for in this town, but everyones scared to find out if we actually have it.

You can't compare the Ravens to the Steelers when it comes to drafting productive receivers. The steelers actually have pedigree in that department. They continue to draft late and early round receivers and develop them. Give me one late rd receiver the Ravens have drafted that has been really productive, matter of fact just give me some good receivers the Ravens have drafted in this franchises entire history. You can't depend on unproven or injury prone receivers like Camp and Qb turned WR in reynolds. Gillmore and Boyle are blocking TE's they don't have the explosiveness or route running ability to become a real threat to defenses. Again this has plagued the Ravens for years in not being able to stabilize the receiving core and always depending on aging free agents such as Steve smith, Anquan, and Derrick Mason. All who have played with Flacco before retiring. Flacco never had a receiver he could grow with because of this reason. Please don't give me the "give these guys a chance" when the Wr core is filled with 5th rd and undrafted picks.

  5. Offensively there isn't a go to wide receiver, offensive line has holes as of now at center and RT. We don't have a stand out running back to rely on. The Ravens have just a bunch of guys offensively nobody you can really depend on to produce consistently. Its like whoever is hot gets the work load this season. and the bad thing about it is the defense is kind of concerning going into this season.

  6. I am glad Ray said what he felt. People assume when Ray commented on Joe that he means Joe has jump up and down and acts like he wants to win so bad. You can see it all the time in hurry up situations where are our offenses looks lost and has No urgency what so ever a lot of the times. I wouldn't doubt that's how a lot of Raven players feel because Ray always has had the pulse of the locker room and with coaches as well. I believe what hes saying out in the public, Ravens players are agreeing on the inside, but won't say it like Ray would because it would harm the chemistry of the team and maybe there position on the team.

  7. I feel he is the ultimate boom or bust and i'm not talking about career wise, I'm talking from game to game. I feel he explode in a game and have over 150 yards and then have a bad two game stretch then come back and play good. He kinda reminds me of Torrey Smith only bigger and faster.

As I've posted earlier, that's the ticket! Take-away the things they do best and force them into a different universe (downfield passing game) and voila! You've got a Ravens advantage that plays to our strengths.

In order to get the dallas offense off there running game is to put pressure on them by scoring with our own offense. get a lead on them fast and then you make the rookie Qb win it.

I think the Steelers are more of a fast flow defense than a stout one against the run. They have to blitz and other things to stop the run. The Ravens have the ability to just line up and stop the run. Much like they were able to do vs the Steelers, the Ravens just have to eliminate the big play and contain their speed in space.

Also the Steelers offense is taking it to that Defense, the Ravens must do the same or the pressure won't be on the Cowboys it'll be on the Ravens all game and with Dallas at him i'm sure they'll be better equipped to handle the pressure of the game.

I do agree the Ravens are better stopping the run, but we played another good o-line earlier in the season against the raiders and I don't think we got too many pressures or sacks if anything at all. They don't have the cowboys running game which is ranked 1st as well.

  10. Those unis were lit. We need to change the black pants to gray. Sort of like the Giants unis and purple stripes on the pants and purple numbers. But our current road unis are so lifeless. We really need to change the pants to gray. Maybe even a helmet color change from all black to all purple with the raven bird logo on it. Would be too nice.
