  1. Its probably to early to say this but Justin forsett doesn't look the same to me.
  2. Monroe out for the game with a concussion.
  3. even though Webb got beat on that last play, he looks pretty good considered he missed most of training camp and didn't play a single down of preseason football.
  4. So now its likely he misses regular season games? Very weird injury situation and also the way in which it was handled.
  5. Some good things I noticed from the offense and the defense. First team offense seemed to be moving the ball any way they wanted despite being banged up. No Camp, Monroe, K.O, Maxx Williams, and Breshad. Some things I didn't like on offense was when Steve Smith got ejected the offense slow downed a lot. I know some of it was because of the injuries, but still didn't like that I noticed that. On defense we were great when the first team was in there, but as soon as the 2nd and 3rd team players got in there the Redskins got hot. Unfortunately the same thing happened in all of the preseason games. Which makes me believe that we have no depth this season. Another thing that angers me is that corner backs make it to easy for offenses. Same mistakes from last year, can't tackle when receiver is in front of you, too much cushion, no route recognition. Also I saw Terrence Brooks flying around the field that was good to see. In conclusion, I am not to fond of our secondary and backups.
  6. Did anyone see Crockett Gilmore fight like 5 redskins players? lmao
  7. Ravens whopped the Redskins players. Steve Smith is a legend btw
  8. What happened to Timmy Jernigan?
  9. Physically Waller compares well to Mike Evans but is actually faster. http://www.nfl.com/draft/2015/profiles/darren-waller?id=2552408 http://www.nfl.com/draft/2011/profiles/mike-evans?id=2543468 All Waller needs is confidence in himself and he may turn out to be real good. When he was drafted, I was the most excited about him and where we got him.
  10. Somethings I notice in general that I don't like about the offense and defense. On defense the ravens lack players who can play in space. Especially in the front 7 when the outside linebackers have to cover. You can really see that when you play a wide open offense that's up tempo like the eagles. On offense I noticed their isn't a dynamic option for Joe. Steve Smith will get the job done but hes 36. I know Breshad is the deep threat, but their is no speed from the tight end position, and their is no true stud in the backfield yet. Another point about the TE position Max Williams looks border line sluggish out there, I don't know if its the humidity or him being out of shape. To be honest I don't see any difference from hes game and Crockett Gilmore's.
  11. To me he is ok. Out of all the Ravens Defensive coordinators, I would put him behind Rex Ryan, Marvin Lewis, and possibly Mike Nolan. I don't think hes to innovating or can really get the troops behind him, but he can do the job effectively. I really miss those days when the Ravens had so many exotic blitzes where teams would be scared of the scheme and on top of that all the talent we had.
  12. I would also like to know how much sacks and pressures he was giving up. He had penalties but was also regressing as a pass blocker from his rookie year.
  13. I mean if your a Ravens fan you know he had a lot of penalties point blank period. Doesn't really matter if they were false starts holding or whatever he was a penalty machine. On top of that steadily declined from his rookie year. To hear him complain about a movie not getting him on a team is actually sad. He was a good guy for the Ravens, but don't make that type of excuse.
  14. So basically his stay with the Ravens was filled with penalties like I said.
  15. Not only false starts, but also just penalties in general.
  16. I think his false starts have done more damage then any movie. If you are a great player its very few reasons why teams wouldn't want him on their team.
  17. Biggest ? for me is OLB position. I wonder if Suggs and Dumervil can still produce at the level they produced last season. If they don't or one of them get injured who is there to replace that production? The safety position is also shaky in my eyes, but if Matt Elam plays up to his potential with will hill back there I believe they can be solid.
  18. I really like the offensive improvements. I think offensively we have depth across the board. Defensively as odd as it might sound basing this off last year, I feel more comfortable with our secondary more than I do with the D-line. As other people stated we really don't have someone who has done it before at a high level behind doom and sizz as far as rushing the passer is concerned. We also lost Mcphee and Haloti, so they their is gonna be some type of drop off in our pass rush and run D, but the question is how much? I personally think the other two real threats in the AFC are the Broncos and Colts. The Broncos air attack will not be as good as other years, but they have a run game now with Kubiak. Defensively they are pretty sound across the board. They have CB's and pass rushers. I think we have a better chance beating the Colts than the Broncos this year.
  19. At first I wasn't to excited about him. I thought he could be more physical for his size, but after further inspection I actually like him more now. He has quickness, speed, and great hands coming out of the backfield. I also thought that USC O-line was pretty weak. It always seemed he had to dodge one or two people in the back field just to make it back to the line of scrimmage. He has no major flaw, Hes an all around RB that won't be hurt as much Bernard Pierce.
  20. Ed Reed is simply the most exciting Raven whoever laced them up. He gets respect league wide and its well deserved. He is personally my favorite player with the Ravens all time.
  21. If I was Perriman I would have asked for number 10
  22. I have a feeling hes gonna be big time for the Ravens. Everyone doesn't have any expectations for him, but hes measurables are off the charts. 6'6 240 4.46 40 with a 37 Vert. And when I actually watch him play, he actually plays his size while making circus catches.
  23. I hate when the coaches don't even attempt to put players on the field. Its like you don't know what you have. By letting him make some plays on Sunday you increase his confidence and desire to be better. By just letting him rot every week your killing his ego and that would be good outside of football, but in the NFL you need an Ego as well as confidence.
  24. The pick of Mosley is solid. The Ravens don't usually go for flash in the first round. We usually get someone who is a little more of a safe first round pick. The only problem with Mosley is his injury past and chance of future injury. With Arthur Brown and Mosley we will probably have the fastest inside linebacking unit in the nfl. People also have to realize the Ravens were aging team that won the super bowl, and we are in rebuilding phase right now whether the Ravens admit it or not. It will take a couple of years of good drafting to be the best again.
  25. He will fit the zone scheme perfectly.
