I thinks it was best said that we know nothing, other than his one year as an OC, Me personally ,I would not hire him. I would love to have a proven more experienced OC,only because we still have a good team and I do not think he should pull a kyle boller(I was the biggest supporter of him) and waste time,So MR JOHN HARB please give us a proven OC,and ask yourself coach harb would you wager your job on it and if you would by all means go for it. Just know we are WATCHING,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Well let's see how many guys get plucked away before we find another one of Harbaughs buddies to run the offense.

I I mention this before,,, Harbs has a love affair with his ex philly or his buddies, the name that scares is brad childress... do anybody know about his OC skills

Of course theres been talk about Brad Childress being a optiion because of the history him and Harbaugh had but honestly thats just reporters  making  a educated guess.  I think i could have came up with that on my own but it doesn't mean it will happen and it hasn't happen atleast not now.   I thnk our aggression and fire was still there last year it may not have been  as as strong like it was in  2012 but  what the Ravens went through is really not nothing  other teams haven't been through after winning a super bowl.

I agree with that,but do you think we had a good team not great just a GOOD TEAM,I think if our off was up to par we should have been in the playoffs,

The last time i check  the ravens haven't interviewed Childress  at all or shown any interest. I think the idea that Harbaugh  wants  the Ravens to be like eagles is pretty overrated.

I would not totally dismiss it and let me be CLEAR,I am not saying he is turning us into the eagles,and it has been talk of brad childress being available, he comes from the andy reid coaching tree and we all know how andy was and is loyal to his coaches.TO THE END.we used to be aggressive just look at our coaches and players.where is our fire. T.sizzle well the writing is on the wall with that extension.he will either agree to terms or be gone

so based on what alot of people here wrote,NORV will not fit with this zbs of ours.for what it is worth I did want NORV ,peyton had his OC for years the steelers have their dc ah forever.Norv will not get another head coaching job for a long time.He is proven and he would have been here.We will end up will brad childress cause harbs want to tuen the BALTIMORE RAVENS into the eagles,we used to be aggressive we used to fierce teams were afraid to play us,that is or at least was our identity

I am no expert but looking at what we have and what Norv have had,to me we are a great fit and I hope we consummate this marriage soon,LIKE NOW

I want a big strong WR , but to honest I just want a consistent player, I do not care about size as cause there is so many good small WR, just give me a good OC that knows how to use him,,,,,,,,,,,

What Oakland fiasco? Hue Jackson ran a rag tag bunch of misfits picked by a run down old owner to 6th best in the league. Look at his body of work with the Bengals then Falcons, Ravens for the 2 years he was here, the Raiduhs then again for the Bengals. He traded a few maybes for a proven veteran. I will not give up on Hue Jackson. Best OC in the NFL.

I never said he was a bad OC , just said after that ordeal in oakland, it was as though he became drunk with power ,,, and I am paraphrasing "this trade will become the greatest trade of all time" well it did for the Bengals who turned around and hired him after he was fired, he said and did a little to much . understand I am not  saying that he is bad , he just left a bad taste 

relax everybody ,,, Cadwell only had a 1 year contract so whether you like him or not,, he is GONE,,, I  would love to get            MR NORV TURNER(wanted him last year) plus I think a head coaching job may a long time away ... I hear  talk of hue he may be good but after that oakland fiasco (trade for carson along with his proclamation) , well idk .My  2 and 3 is chud and kubiak . Lastly mr pees will not go anywhere this year maybe next year,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
