Best TEs?? A glut of average TEs does not equal a pro bowler. I like your idea of drafting an elite WR. However it could be beneficial as well to sign a young WR about to break out buy has never had a QB,system,opportunity or structured work ethic like Lafell and Emmanuel Sanders. This year it could be Brian Quick.

I like our TE's , they are young but i do like what i have seen,,, if we do go get a vet WR, then i hope we go after that RB out of ohio st ELLIOT,,  

Watching Perriman's highlights again this morning, he does not look like a savior at WR. We still need to get a #1 WR for the future because Perriman is not it and his health concerns are worrisome. He definitely does not solve our lack of WR talent problems. Treadwell, please.

 I agree with you ,, I really think if we draft a true 1 WR,,, we are always saying our WR have no hands, speed, separation and can not run routes,, why get a vet, get a young guy to go with perriman and camp. SSS will be around 1 more year,, and being on the verge of having the best TE corp,,,  GET a WR....

Can't see us going wr in the first...although I definitely wouldn't hate it. With SS's veteran experience departing- I see us going the free agent route to get a proven threat - otherwise our wr corps will be 4 or 5 guys with 0-2 years experience and very very little production, just can't see it. secondary or pass rush will be addressed and we'll pick up a receiver between the 2nd and 4th. Now if we could trade back and still get a guy like Myles jack in the early second I would be all for going receiver in the first. However my top preference right now is Hargreaves or Ramsey all day.

inside the top 5, I would trade back to 10 maybe at the latest 15, get another 1 WR, DO NOT let SSS retire (plus he will train up the young wr),, keep givens ,camp,waller and maybe aiken,,, A true 1 will solidify our offense .. 

     1 Treadwell , 2 SSS, 3. Perriman ,,,, the following year  treadwell and perriman as 1 and 2 then factor in camp and givens as our slot and return,,think about it ,,,max,crockett,treadwell perriman and waller,,,thats a big front to catch the ball,,

I have seen enough of both guys TBH.  Monroe is going to be hard to move but the Ravens should evaluate their situation with him this offseason.  Monroe plays well when he is healthy, but he has not be healthy the past 2 seasons.  I think we should move on from him and try and find a cheaper replacement either in F/A or the draft.  Marlon Brown should be cut during the bye week, he offers nothing to this team and only takes reps from guys that should get more of them like Waller, Butler, Givens and Ross.  Time for both guys to pack their bags, unfortunately it will be harder to move on from Monroe

No one does, it's pretty much been the same injury since training camp. At this point the team doctors don't know when he'll return since its been an ordeal they never experienced with, which is why he's been labeled out indefinitely. I guess when he feels good enough to play he'll play.

I am just tired of it being the same thing every year. You can talk about injuries and lack of talent all you want but at some point it has to be on Pees. Every team out there deals with injuries, this is the NFL and you gotta win with the guys you have.

Our defense needs a leader with some fire who will get the defense motivated. we have had it in almost every shape and size Ray, Ed, Sizzle, Pagano, and Rex. All of them knew how to get he defense fired up. Our defense lacks that intensity on the field and what we need is a leader. I think firing pees is and getting a guy to lead this defense is what we need.

we need a person with fire and the coach is not it ,,nor will he put personal in place to make a play,,, i do like jim schwartz...

     Our problem is the culture that coach HARB wanted to create,he wanted to have a really good team with good people

kinda like the Patroits ,,only problem is,, he is not the coach with a high football I.Q,  

     Many coaches truly understand the game and put coaches in place so that players can be put in place,,, Anyway back to the question and the answer is we need some crazy aggressive insane players, we have a good team, with high character players,, but we have no fight,,,

     if anybody has played the game before then you know,,,, 

   we just need to be consistent, go out and play to our potential not to the talent our whoever we are playing. I think our first game should and will set the tone for the season.

   I see 12 wins with a loss to piss sorry I mean pitt,cincy,Arizona and the chargers ,,,,  what is our weakness or safety,,,outside of that we have the talent ,we have depth, Most of all we have that hunger after loosing to N.E,,,

I think if we go with GASE (knowing he wants to be a HC) , We should go with trestman or knapp  as a QB coach.so if Gase leaves we will have his replacement in house.

 from what I  read(ESPN) GASE, TRESTMAN or KNAPP,what are the pros and cons of those 3.

 KNAPP has the experience in the kubiack system,while trestman is considered a QB genius,now I am not sold on GASE ,I consider him fools gold,I mean after all he did have peyton @ QB
