I have never been a fan of pees, and yes i do like the fact that he had no desire to be a head coach. maybe behind the scenes FRASIER is the man, he had other offers to be a DC and chose us. last question usually DC success brings attention to become a HC, he comes in turns the defense around and he is gone, the dreaded double edge sword. Do you think he wants another HC, position or do you think it may be a while.

Oz had a great system and it work-ed (past tense) the old way of staying put and drafting the BPA , well it is a little antiquated, still works. I hope we start moving around the draft and using those excess picks(cut players) . trade back to around 10/12 get those picks and trade back in the 1st and get those impact players , then trade up again in the 2nd 6 picks and 3 comps, give me 5 football players (treadwell and kendall fuller)

I agree with @drew p, he never got a chance,Per HARBS comment some players do not practice well but they know how to turn it on games time. I think coach Frazier will become a huge asset for us.

no as an investment partner, I remember when he signed, There was a lot of talk in reference to his desire to get into real estate. I am from park heights now living in Ga, so I do not get the business moves being made their, (only Ravens & politics) I have never known anybody with a little money being a real estate agent, mostly investors.

my fault it came out wrong,

he stays in the booth and shows poor communication skills, fall downs do happen but if it is on a regular basis then maybe because too much back peddling by our DB's, that is called schemes stupid penalties should warrant some type of punishment, we are not there ( in the locker room) so we do not know, I also fault HARB on penalties, certain penalties are inexcusable. you are correct everybody blows a lead here and there, it's their jobs, to exploit the other. but we are talking the last 2 years I think he is good playing NE. His adjustments usually come late in the game. Pees is a good DC, but not RAVENS DC, our style, our tenacity, our ferociousness , our anger is gone, He redrum our defense.

in your opinion , why the influx of assistant coaches? and cadwell was/is a good QB coach, that Superbowl run was because he no pattern, he just called plays the following year he was exposed.

camp will not go any where, his skill set is unique SSS(to train),JUDGE TREAD, BP,CAMP,Aiken and the 3 amigos (TE'S) in bart scott voice "can't wait" ,

but you never push somebody out the door unless you know who is in the house, people are in place in the event pees can not maintain I am sure he knows he is on a very short leash, or he may accept a job offer someplace else.
