  1. my bad, treadmill and reading, did not read it correct I thought 3 yrs 8 mil total, 8 mil a yr for 3 yrs, lol I agree with you 100%
  2. I agree to a certain point, we have the coaches that can coach him up as far as talent, you can not coach size and speed. I would give him a look if he is worth it then heck yes, if the talent really isn't there and that or it is possible he is still on a decline then ,NO, no no no but I would give him a look, as long it's not costly
  3. I agree with what you are saying, I did not mean no more project players . yes everybody need to develop players in order to compete. I wrote earlier that we do have a history of developing players at certain position ( will get back to this) we have never ever developed a WR, we can not do and yes we always draft WR in the later rounds. so my point is this with us drafting early, why not get a good WR a year early as opposed to a year later. yes we are not in need of really no WR, our WR combined with our TE's, this is nasty, but to have SSS to teach and show the young WR's last point, we just hired a really good coach leslie frasier ,so now you can take an average player and turn him into something special, this is what juan castillo do, we do not have to take a lineman or a DB so early. we have some of the best position coaches in the NFL our draft can go in many different directions due to our staff, where ever it goes I am happy but I am on the record as a lobbyist (sorry election season, polsci major) for, TREADWELL , NOAH SPENCE , JAYLON SMITH , BOYD, and KENDALL FULLER, the only this we really , really need is a DC.
  4. it easy for us (imo) to draft a lineman or defense later because we have shown that certain position we can develop, we have never developed a WR, we can NOT do, so why take a chance, again we take a WR in rd1 (tread) or boyd (my preference), doctson in the 2nd
  5. now looking at this mock, the 1st thing I notice is TREAD was taken at 7,to S.F many people here say he is valued at 12 - 15, spence will go in the 1st round also. I would take Tread over hargreaves,
  6. i think we take a WR if not rd1 then 2, for me 3 becomes a project and HARB, said no more projects.
  7. after what john elway did and said about the colts, I am anti elway,
  8. this is my point all along, many people here DO NOT want a trade back, for me I will take it in a heart beat. 1 really good player vs 2 good players , me, I will take 2 but it only works if we stay aggressive with it. move around and work the draft just my thoughts.
  9. really don't know to much about him, health and intelligence seems to be the focal point , based off friend and relative who are cowboys fans,
  10. If we can get him relatively cheap, I am all in we have leslie frasier in house so if we do get him , there was something.
  11. I agree with you, 6 ( as I am walking backwards out the door) lol
  12. he is, that's is why I said denver may need a QB he maybe average but he may also want the money, what if somebody offers him more, he is out. denver need cap space and peyton retirement may be the answer but if Osweiler change teams then denver is in a bind.
  13. but it is not, I am being polite saying both 2nd round picks , realistically we can get alot more. we are talking QB all they need is to have a good combine, it does not have to be great, also a good pro day. tannehill average (big contract), houston has no QB , jets has no QB ,philly no comment, wow how many years have we seen Carson play great even against us only to fold in a big game, again, and again and again Denver will need a QB possibly, idk anything really about Osweiler. the point is, if a team teams a QB they will get him, The Rams need a QB they really have a good team, they need their franchise QB, to go with their new home. KAP comments maybe just rumors, we are in a good spot. clev may go Bosa with a vet QB, you all know HUE wants to win now.
  14. The purpose of this mock was to give an idea of what an aggressive draft could possibly be, get people talking I like JUDGE TREAD, but I like BOYD also, Tread may be gone at 15, ok, then the fans here love noah spence I like him also, I think he will go in the 20's but my point is this, this draft needs to be a hit on so many levels and it can be. many people here may not want a trade back but what separates really good from good, give me 2 good players as oppose to 1 really good.
  15. Noooooooo, say it ain't so, judge tread sounds so good, lol anyway, I do like doctson, but I do prefer Boyd due to his connection. tbh I would think we would target Boyd,
  16. Here is a question, A simple logical question. Josh Gordon, a 2nd round pick was spent on him and look at his history in college and now in the nfl. would you still today at this moment spend a 1st rd pick on josh? He is a beast and we all know this. I like Spence really do, and while ecstasy is more of a party drug( sorry if I am wrong), but it cost him. ie; Dez Bryant, Burfict, justin houston , manningham , Da'quan Bowers, steven Jackson , the great RANDY MOSS , WARREN SAPP and DAN MARINO, these are a couple players who fell due to injury, substance abuse, or just character concerns, I would take all of these players but they did fall.
  17. Hot chicks and supermodels,,, this analogy!! I like your style, lol
  18. 1. bears yes there is a need but WR that may be tagged and who is on the other side of him, LT then another less drama DE may go to them 2. Jets, ah no comment, lol, yes that is a possibility. BUT they will go QB if 1 is available , their Offensive line sucks 3.Saints if they are smart they will trade back way to many holes and salary cap from hill (i know ,scared of the mods profanity) 4 ,bills can get him, rex may look at him as his shiny new lambo , rex will take a chance, but LB to control rex defense colts RB first then line , eagles to early and after chip they will have a safe pick the city can rally around, this is why I see QB or idk,
  19. all I am saying,, in the article today talks about Mr. N Spence possibly falling to the 2nd round I said 15 - 20 but I mocked him at 22, come on everybody,,, " there is a chance" (que the jokes) lol spence and Jaylon have issues they can fall and I truly think they will fall again late first early 2nd also I am taking bets, I have a big yard here in Atlanta that can use free lawn care.
  20. I think Bosa is the safer pick he is good but ,, I think Spence will play with such anger such ferocity that he will have an unyielding desire for greatness he will fall though, 15-20 range, in my mock i have him at 22, so who would you say that will gamble and take him early,,,
  21. bosa vs spence ?? who you have.
  22. I did mention that earlier, almost to the exact, Smith, Noah in the 1st and fuller, boyd in the 2nd, I like boyd and he has a connection here.
  23. I agree no WR projects, if we do go WR, go early and no later than rd 2. imo everything in 3 on out is a project.
  24. if we trade back many of these are realistic it can happen maybe not the exact player but it involves us trading back and being very aggressive with our picks. maybe JUDGE TREAD is gone at 15, then we pick Noah maybe we come back in (1st) and get jaylon, then fuller I also like boyd, he has a connection with Bobby Engram (WR coach).
  25. Gurly had an ACL in november Jaylon tore both ACL & MCL, jan 1, so his injury was worse and with a shorter amount of time for recovery. you are about to sign a kid who lied to his father, you will give him money and no more supervision.Let him loose in any city and those demons start creeping into his mind set. I hope he is strong and ready. that is my thought process, I am sure other teams look at this scenario also. Maybe offset language in contract, now you have a hold out. I am going "wizard" and predict Noah and Jaylon will late 1st early 2nd
