He is a pure 4-3 DE, chip wasted his talents. And eagles do play a 4-3 now

I think he's the best pure pass rusher they have, and devaluing him just to get the other 2 on the field just doesn't make sense to me. Curry and Graham are best fit as DE's, while the other is clearly the odd man out if you ask me.
24 minutes ago, -Truth- said:Personally, I have Curry ranked miles ahead of the unnamed player, who's been vastly overrated as a pass rusher. I'd rather have the latter at SAM given his experience with dropping in space and that he was often lost in the wash in the running game when having to engage off of the snap. Given that Curry hasn't broken 280 lbs, his run defense is heavily reliant on his initial quickness when facing interior linemen, which then limits him to 3rd down role, especially since they have both DT spots filled with above-average starters. I'm in favor of the idea of moving Curry inside in Nickel and Dime sets in order to exploit the mismatches, but I feel that Curry's best position as a full-time starter would easily be on the outside, where he'd likely be an asset against both the running and passing games.
Totally agree Curry and Graham are better Pass rushers and Curry the best.
And finally let Curry play DE and destroy. The other guy is solid in so many things that makes him valuable and good esp in a 3-4.
I am really excited to see what Curry will do this year and I was really surprised that he was still on the board
