I knew as soon as Osweiler did re sign in Denver that there was a chance I might get one of the top 2 QBs
37 minutes ago, -Truth- said:Was considering Goff at my selection. Didn't have enough information or research on him though. I assume that's the player PaRAYdise was attempting to trade up for in the first place so he's likely doing a happy dance.
Truth how in the world do you know I was trying to trade???
If you want to know the truth first I tried to explore option if one of the top tier players would slip within my reach as I have enough picks. That did not happen I saw Goff drop though and looking at the rosters I figured he would definitely slip to your pick so I did not offer much to go into the top 10 but I did try to jump you in the end though a QB ist too valuble to let him slip and scared of you even though you have Tyrod.

Thanks a lot.

The right one imo
5 minutes ago, Mt. Crushmore said:Thanks. Definitely NFL ready
I figured you were targeting a CB based on your depth chart. I wasn't expecting him at 8. Did you expect him to fall to 11?
I think he could have fallen to 11.
But yeah he is really good good pick plus he can stay at "home" which is always nice
1 minute ago, 52520Andrew said:I also know he was last online "2 hours ago" whatever that means with the new update if that helps
I was able to figure that out too ![]()
But you guys want to move smoothly so I figured if I should try staying awake for a bit more. Thats why I asked
1 minute ago, 52520Andrew said:I know he is the owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in this game and that he is on the clock if that helps
Do you want an honest answer? haha
Has anybody info on Jazz1988?
6 minutes ago, rmw10 said:Yeah he's been active.
Thats good barely noticed him considering how much money Tampa has thats why I asked
2 minutes ago, allblackraven said:So, Miami to pick then wait again.
Has the Tampa owner ever participated in FA?
2 minutes ago, GrimCoconut said:He did take my guy because I wanted Jack, but I knew he wanted Jack and it's his birthday and he's the Ravens so I made him the offer for the 4th round pick to move up to get him. I'm kinda bummed about not getting Jack, to tell you the truth, but that was my decision. I'm pretty happy with both my DB & LB groups, though. I think Bosa would've been my favorite to get because I don't have much there besides ol' Courtney Upshaw, but I'll be fine.
I think you got a heck of a consolation price. I absolutely love JR
8 minutes ago, GrimCoconut said:That trade actually hurts. I'm a bit sad inside but I only agreed to that trade because it's LiT's birthday (I'm a sucker, maybe) and he's the Ravens. I probably wouldn't have done it otherwise. He should feel lucky.
Thats kind sir

hahah good one @regz1997
No worries wasnt offended in any way just wanted to point it out but thx for the info @RavensFanMania
1 minute ago, RavensFanMania said:he told me he would be making his pick in a sec
I was more trying to keep a sense of humor, I was sure he would pick too
1 minute ago, -Truth- said:The race is only entertaining on the outside looking in lol Won't comment much further since politic discussions aren't allowed on this forum.
I know didn't want to give a political statement and entertaining wasnt the right word anyway hence ". I find it really interesting to tell the truth(lol) CNN is definitely in the top 5 of most watched channels for me in the last weeks. Just wanted to point out what is keeping me awake Debate and scouting. So eventhough I am not affected by the politics I wouldnt say I am an outsider.
I will stop there obviously.
Imagine regz showing up and then magically disappearing again without making his pick.
This place would erupt lol
3 minutes ago, -Truth- said:Sounds like my typical Tuesday night?
Sounds more like a typical night lol
At least, Clinton and Sanders keep me "entertained" while scouting players
Yes that is really tough making decisions.
I can see some action at 2.30 am sounds odd I know haha
HE IS HEEEEEEERE
4 minutes ago, -Truth- said:Here's what I have from him. I mentioned the player and he said, "Yes! I love ______." Then when discussing another GM's potential selection, he said, "Or he might pull a bummer move and snag ______ out from under me." That being said, this was from over a week ago, though he didn't make any significant changes via FA nor did he target anyone via FA and lose out. For all intensive purposes, I'd bet my last dollar that the player is his pick, but I'm not sure what to do here since I see both sides to this issue.
I would say pick the player at 11:59. But he has to life with the selection changing is not an option and would be unfair to everyone else behind him. He should feel happy to get a player at 3 if that scenario takes place. Otherwise who would be skipped and potentially pick in the 10s..
4 minutes ago, Inqui said:Yeah, under the circumstances I'd argue Truth could take power of attorney - with the theoretical option of regz taking someone else if he changes his mind when he comes back online. regz gets his guy and we can keep the game moving (though I'll not that I'm also on board if Truth waited until the 11th hour - and 59th minute - to make the pick). I dunno, it's just a thought and we don't have much else to discuss.
I would agree Truth should/could pick for him when his deadline passes..
6 minutes ago, -Truth- said:No problem. That would be a searing wound. His supposed No.1 player is currently on the board. He told me a week ago who he'd draft if he could have the pick of the litter. I'm stuck in a tough scenario since he technically didn't grant me power to make selections on his behalf and since I'm not 100% positive that he hasn't reconsidered. But I feel like he'd be absolutely crushed if said player slips through his fingers.
4 minutes ago, ludy51 said:I say go for it
That would be really tough on him but unless he told you that you have full power you should not pick for him. We should wait..
Maybe he just missed that the draft starts today at 12pm EST as it was just part of the discussion thread otherwise he would know that with the 3rd pick he should be on the clock 5 hours after the draft started right?
