Bucs cut Tom Crabtree, TE 1 star
I was looking at spotrac for possible cuts we could make to free up some cap space.
It sickens me that Jah Reid makes more money than Justin Tucker....
Tucker scored 140 points for this team, Joe right behind him with 120, AND WAYYY behind him is Ray Rice with 24 points.
Let Pitta walk, Tucker could easily catch 100 balls, 20 touchdowns, 1500 yards in his place.
Another reason why Pitta might be considered a must sign. Furstenburg and Overbay are only tight ends on our roster right now.
Take more shots at Flacco, please. God knows we don't have enough posts on that topic.
Do you deny it? It's true. He's joes security blanket. He isn't as talented as the top 10 tight ends in this league but we are trying to keep him because Joe is constantly looking for him.
Negative 2 for my Pitta comments, eh? Please tell me which one of you thinks he is worh 11 million franchise tag that you decided to disagree with my statement.
I like Joique Bell. I would give up a 3rd for him but not a 2nd.
If we use the franchise tag on him, I will be upset. He isn't Jimmy Graham, Gronk, Tony Gonzalez, Julius Thomas, etc. The reason we need him so much is Joe likes to stare down look his way a lot. Talent wise he isn't worthy of the 11 million dollar tag. We will have to look elsewhere for a security blanket for Joe.
In other news, Boldin is looking to be getting a 2 year deal with San Fran. Glad to see he is posting solid stats again. His numbers in Baltimore were terrible. Didn't get enough targets.
If he has the pick, who cares if it's updated?
The Baltimore Sun suggests free agent Dennis Pitta could argue he's a wide receiver if franchise tagged as a tight end by the Ravens.
Are they doing this with Rice, Ngata, and Webb?
he was tagged, 11 stars I think
Ouch.
I now own the 13th pick.
Touche.
Jared Veldheer is up for grabs, asking for no more than a late rounder
What's his cap hit? Want to swap 7th overall with 13th overall?
Well at the moment I don't have the pick yo get him, but with Clowney, Barr, and Mack, I think if I made a trade I could be happy with one of the three
To get Barr or Mack, you would at least need the 7th overall pick...oh wait, I have that, let's talk shop.

Since Bobby Rainey was undrafted, I couldn't use original tender on him so I had to use the 2nd round tender.
Mike Williams, Tom Crabtree, Mike James, and 7th overall on trading block.
If anyone wants to swap firsts (7th overall) let me know. Obviously it would have to be worth my while AKA multiple picks.
While I think we would of survived if we had to cut Suggs, I am glad that he is willing to restructure his contract for the team. Let's free up some money for Art and Eugene.
Yea I do like him, I signed him last year but I just don't want to pay over the minimum and give up a pick for him.
Gotcha. For all those interested, not looking for a pick neccasarily, just depth at DT, G, T, CB, FB.
Tempted because he's a Miami OH alum but I don't think he's worth that contract as a player tbh.
He is one of the better blocking tight ends, he's definitely not a Gronk or Graham when it comes to receiving game but you can line him up at TE and FB.
Any interest in Tom Crabtree? 1 star.
He is pretty solid in coverage but he is over 30 so who knows how that will affect him.
Will there be a solid LT at 15/16?
Pretty pumped to have gotten Kevin Burnett. It fills in the black hole that was Craig Robertson and allows me to move into some 4-3 looks as well.
Great sign. If I had the picks, I would of went after him too but not sure how well he would play at MLB.
Anyone want 7th overall ? Listening to offers

Bobby Rainey and Mike James on the table.
