You can find starting TEs in the back of most drafts, much harder to get a LT

What's the hype on Clowney?

8 sacks first year, 13 second year (plus a huge game against Clemson where he got 4.5 sacks) but then just 3 sacks in 2013.

That scares me. What happened in 2013 that made him play below average? I don't know if I could confidently select him first overall

New does not equal better. Young talent may never develop. For every Andrew Luck, there are 100 Jamarcus Russells. Expecting a rookie to come in an immediately become an impact player is probably not an effective way to build a strong team. 

 

Not trying to tell anyone how to play the game or anything like that, but I noticed it happening quite a bit (especially with people trying to garner additional first rounders) and thought I shed some light for those it wasn't already obvious to

The leadership can figure out how to proceed on this, but the Raiders are in fact in theoretical salary cap violation, as I suspected. They have 4.5 stars right now and need 13 players to fill the roster, which would take a minimum of 6.5 stars.
