Went to join a Prize Eligible league on ESPN and I get this message..."Due to legal restrictions, players from these states are not eligible to win prizes: Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington." what the heck Maryland, you can bet on horse races and can put slot machines up in your state but I cant play Fantasy Football for money?
