    I'm not sure what Flaccopologists have to do with that? I definitely don't want Ozzie to get fired and have never once said anything like that. Only 4 guys on the defensive side of ball that see reps didn't start in Baltimore. Weddle, Guy, Dumervil, and Powers. The 13 or so guys began with Baltimore. Ozzie built this defense through drafting and undrafted rookies with a couple additional pieces. The offense is a different story and a different Thread.

    Drafting talent is not our problem. I truly believe we have a team that is full of talent and can win. We don't have enough leaders to keep the wheels turning. 

    I don't understand people complaining about our defense.  They are doing their job put the ball in joes hands probably more than he has ever had. Granted I haven't verified I'm just going off of what I've seen. This is the best defense in the harbaugh era and we are missing starters. Yeah they give up big drives and plays but this has got to be the worst offense we have ever had as far as 3 and outs. Again I'm just assuming so if someone has the time to check this then great.

    Offense is our problem. The whole o line being the reason joe is sucking is rediculous. He sucks when he has time. Play calling is completely confusing. Love Joe, but he sucks right now. Yes our line has faultered somewhat, but not nearly as much as Joe and the play callers.

    If we were to move on I wouldn't mind giving McDaniels a shot. He was young when he was in Denver. I think he probably learned a lot since then. Plus with Ozzies ties to Yoda it would definitely make sense. 

     

    Im not ready to move on yet though. I want to see if harbs can turn this ship around.

I would say let him make the decision regarding Harbs and see if this fixes some of these stupid contract and bad draft decisions.     I don't know that this team is built to be coached by Harbs anymore. Harbs was the perfect guy to bring in when ray was here because they are both inspirational guys. We either need another Ray or we need a no nonsense football coach.

    Perfect example of how the defense has no faith in the offense to take advantage of what the defense gave them. If he believed in his offense then I'm sure he would've just dove on it. He knows he's 300 pounds and he knows what he should do. Man was trying to make a play. Just like Mosely. Our defense doesn't trust the ball in the offenses hand so they try to do it themselves. Can't fault them. At least they are trying to win and are willing to do whatever it takes. Can't say the same for the O.

    The thing about Harbs is he is a motivator and he coaches with fire. I honestly haven't seen his fire lately. It's like he's so speechless over the dumb plays that it's affecting him. Since he's a motivator more than a tactician the players need to be fired up and they aren't. He needs to get the players onboard.
