  1. I'm talking about guys who have lingering injuries who keep missing weeks. When our players have to use the offseason to heal up from surgeries and what not they don't come back at 100%...KO and Jimmy are perfect examples of that. With the guys that we need to be evaluating that have been around Like Urban and Brooks absolutely. Those guys are both banged up, but they do need to be evaluated. I feel we've gotten a fair look at Maxx and we have plenty of time to see more. KO is on his last year and banged up so if we are going to resign him we need to make sure he has a good offseason and not him getting surgeries and recovering from them the whole time. Eugene Monroe, was previously a very healthy player, but as of late he just cant seem to get right. Give him extended time to get right for next season since we are stuck with his contract. I'm not saying bench every player on the roster who has a boo boo, but I am saying there are some that we should consider giving them some extra time.
  2. Yes, Why let guys who are banged up continue to go out and get banged up more? If we had a shot at the playoffs sure, but at this point it is important to let them be healed up and rested for the offseason so they can use that time to improve instead of spending most of it recovering.
  3. I mean Joe is out because of the oline
  4. I might pump the breaks on Joe definitely giving a discount especially coming off of an injury. A season ending injury can give you a lot of time to think. I'm not going to make any predictions of what is going through his head, but it could make a guy think of life after football and the quality of life they want. Does he want to play until his late 30's and be a beat up old man or does he want to take his pay day and make it out of the league in one piece. Again not saying this will happen, but I will prepare myself for the possibility. I don't necessarily see a competitor like Joe being quite affected like that, but crazier things have happened.
  5. I was truthfully doubtful as well. It's one of those instances where I definitely don't hate being wrong.
  6. I've been cautiously excited about Jernigans play. It seems he has gone through peaks and valleys. Hopefully he can keep the good play up
  7. I feel the pass rush is actually pretty consistent. They push QBs out of the pocket quite a lot however our often soft coverage or lack of containment is allowing them to make plays when they are forced out.
  8. Someone who really impressed me tonight was Jernigan. He was consistently getting in the back field with an artillery of moves. He had a motor tonight unlike Ive seen with him. He's obviously conditioned to do it so I don't know what he has to do to do this every game, but if he does he's going to be a force.
  9. Can has been playing really well as of late
  10. Only 5 more Doom. Hope he gets it this year
  11. Urban has had quite a few snaps
  12. Urban is looking good
  13. Urban looked strong right there
  14. If I'm not mistaken he's on a one year deal so why trade for him when they can just wait until free agency
  15. I think we found a new returner who might stick around
  16. Well I haven't gotten any GM job offers so any assessment of my list is fair.
  17. I don't have any personal feelings about it. I just really don't think Treadwell is all that. I think there are a lot of wide receivers in this draft better than him. I will have no problem being wrong if we draft him and he kills it.
  18. I just did a little looking at Stanley(still not a lot), but yeah him I would grab in the 2nd or third. Treadwell there would have to be none of those 5 guys there for me to grab him.
  19. I don't like Treadwell and Stanley I honestly haven't done enough looking at him to throw him in there yet. We have a long time until the draft so all this is bound to change. Don't see my view on Treadwell changing though.
  20. I like this concept here is my big board for top 5 for most positions of need and where they rank and rd I would take them at some in the 1st would only be taken via trading down or up. C 18. 21. Haha, ok? I never said everyone comes back the same so I don't know what exactly that would prove?
  22. I brought this up not long ago and it didn't get the thought I think he deserved. I think that now it's definitely something that can't be ignored and needs to be addressed.
