  1. You guys have to remember that the Steelers going into a shell like they did was just purely to protect Vick from getting killed. Vick loves to run around and hold the ball. The Rams entire front four is insanely skilled. I'd take all four over any pass rusher we are putting on the field at the moment. Edit: To close, we got a severely lucky for Ben to get an injury the week before we play them. If we don't win this game, then I truly will believe that the Ravens are one of the worst in the NFL.
  2. An Andy Dalton led team is not the best offense in the NFL. I really hope you don't believe that.
  3. The playoffs aren't out of the question but I believe winning the division is. We are 3.5 behind the Bengals in only 3 weeks into the season. That means they would have to go 12-4. With us going undefeated the rest of the way. We could lose one more and potentially tie them at 11-5. But that would include going into their stadium and beating them at home when they just came into our house and put up 465 yards of offense. Many guys like to wear some shades around here but they messed up twice inside the 5 yard line. Could/should have been at least 6 more points. We were lucky they messed up and even allowed it to be a game. I mean seriously people. Our defense let a Andy Dalton led offense put up 465 yards of offense. Just wow.
  4. How hard did this game backfire on the schedule makers and the NFL? They thought these two teams would be coming into this game fighting for the early lead in the division. Ravens are 0-3 and Steelers lose their star QB and a few others still aren't playing. This game is gonna be a snooze fest folks. Ravens are basically 4 games behind the Bengals AND THERE HAVENT EVEN BEEN 4 WEEKS YET!!! Ponder that one folks.
  5. Big Ben has an MCL sprain. Expected to miss 4 weeks. Wouldn't be surprised if he only missed 2-3.
  6. Hey, at least we can beat a division rival missing their start qb, a starting Wr and Center which will then give us some confidence. Then when we get slaughtered week 5, we can say that for one week, we felt better about our team.
  7. Great pickup of Babin. Let's not even play him. Who cares about the playbook. 3rd down he should be able to go in and understand to just rush the passer.
  8. Please provide sources when posting. @TDavenport_NFL: Perriman is understandably not planting his foot in the ground with a lot of force as he cuts. It is still a good sign that he is running. While it's good that he is able to sprint, he is still a couple weeks away if he is favoring his knee while running routes.
  9. Technically, they could have won 4 lost 1, won 4 lost 1, won 4 lost 1 and won their last game to get to 13-3. Many other scenarios of where they could get to 13-3 without winning 5 games in a row. But that is neither here nor there in this discussion.
  10. I'd like to say that I have a lot more confidence in us winning Sunday than I do next Thursday, but Flacco hasn't looked good against the Bengals in years. We also have had a better offense than we do at the moment in years prior. Hopefully our defense decides to show up because I feel that this will be a low scoring game.
  11. Hopefully he does a lot more than that. We invested a first rounder on him. Could find other guys in the 5th and lower to do just that. Also, Flaccos accuracy this year on deep throws is horrendous.
  12. We need to temper expectations. He only practiced on the side and sat out during long passing plays. Basically saying that his knee isn't all the way there just yet. With only one practice tomorrow and two before next weeks game, the best possible scenario for him to get up to speed and in real game shape will be a return against the Browns. I think that gives him just enough time to get ready.
  13. Austin Collie and Wes Welker are basically out of the league due to their reoccurring concussions. Do not know if Monroe had any prior or its his first one, but I'm sure the team isn't rushing into getting him out there. Would like to see a system put in place like the escalating drug suspensions. If you get 1 concussion, a week off, 2-4, two weeks off and so on. These guys that get these and push to get back on the field just to receive another one are not only hurting their own future lives but also their own families. It's terrible to think about.
  14. Sorry, but outside of Jimmy, the Ravens just do not have the personnel to play bump in run. Webb would get burned all day long.
  15. You want to find out how fast someone stops reading your posts. Reference Donald Trump in regards to a subject on football.
  16. It's easy to see why they did so well against the Raiders. Just look at their secondary. They, easily, have the worst secondary in the whole league. They will probably let up 300 yards of passing every single week.
  17. Arrington looks lost wherever he is.
  18. Kyle Arrington, Kendrick Lewis and Webb were all terrible on Sunday.
  19. True, but we could have traded for one that is somewhat of a project. Smith looks really slow off the line and Upshaw just doesn't have pass rushing ability.
  20. How much can one week change? Last week everyone was so happy about the defense. I think they went the wrong direction. I would have much rather of liked to seen them trade for a young promising pass rusher. Because as of right now, we do not have any.
  21. I guess it's not just us fans. The Front Office is in full blown panic mode, also.
  22. Wagner is getting bullrushed hard.
  23. Antonio Brown has 330 yards receiving in two games so far. Wonder when the Ravens will get someone to that amount.
  24. The 49ers D doesn't even have a chance. Steelers moving the ball at will.
  25. That was a great throw by Kaep
