    I'M so thankful that we have Ozzie and Bischotti! That saw how/what this team was becoming. They are the ones that deserve all the credit for making this happen. Now we will have 3 guys with the same mindset, that can bring different elements to the offense. Shanny would be a great QB'S coach Dennison, O-line coach, and Kubiak OC. Early I saw that Dennison was maybe the new OC, and wasn't very happy because Shaub Digressed so much when he was OC. But he is a great O-line coach. I couldn't be happier! Please people, don't start that Dream Team Phrase. We saw what that did to Philly. Today will be a good Day in B-more!! :)

    He made Steve Slaton an 1000 yard rusher. He made Garçon look like a stud. He had SCHAUB lead the NFL in yards one year. The man is good, he's just had bad luck

    You figure if our offense could have been half as good as they were last season, The team may be in New Jersey this week Looking for a repeat . Our D did a pretty good job.  Shanny will turn this offense around. We have the players and playmakers, we just need someone to put them in the correct situation to succeed.

    It's easy. For instance, I can say that I have a close personal friend who said Hostler is getting the job. Even if neither of us have a close personal friend who is giving us information, one of us will be right. He just has a greater chance of being right, because Shanahan is the better choice. ;)

    I have a feeling his source is correct!

    I've just done some home work and it looks like the Ravens running game problem should get fixed real soon! Hint, Hint! A lot of Zone Blocking will be in the Ravens future! Announcement tomorrow!  I'm officially off the HarBoo Bandwagon if my info is correct!! GO RAVENS!!!!  :)

    Dude, you need to give your source....  Who is your close friend? If your wrong and you put this out there, you will never be trusted again IMO. If your correct then you are one of my new favorite people! Lol,  :)

    Why is Hostler even being considered? If we was any good at being an OC, OTHER TEAMS WOULD HAVE WANTED TO INTERVIEW HIM! Why didn't Caldwell take him to Detroit with him, to be his OC? I'll tell you why, because he stinks! If Hostler is given the OC job, then this really proves why I've been calling HarBaugh, HarBoo all along. Classic Control freak!

    I just want him to work well with others. If he can do that, I'm happy. :) It's hard to assume someone will be one way based on past results, but he always seemed like someone who'd be a hot head when someone disagreed with him. Let's hope, if he does get the job, that this was either not the case, or he learned a lesson along the way to correct that. We don't need to be looking for a new OC every offseason. ;)

    I agree, Jason la canafora is the guy that published the story about Kyle being the problem in Washington. I personally don't trust a word   La Canfora reports. He makes up things for stories IMO.

    If Shanahan gets the job I will welcome him with open arms! He deserves a fresh start. The Redskins have had problems as an organization since Dan Snyder bought the organization. Shanahan is there newest scape goat. I personally think he will fix the run game and would work very well with Flacco.

    I don't like it but Shanahan is the most qualified for the job. I've just heard he is a big baby, if he doesn't get his way. @JasonLacarfora had an article how Kyle cried about everything in Washington, from the food, to the practice field. His dad always fixed everything for him, and Kyle was the real problem there because he only wanted 19 and 20 year old assistants with no real knowledge of the game. His track record other then that seems decent. The other 2 candidates are inexperienced and would bring questions of OC knowledge. Heck I checked out what folks were saying on the Steelers site about Kirby Wilson, and most of them would love him out of Pittsburgh and on our staff because of his inexperience, and that the Steelers run game has never been great under him. Hostler already had his hands on this offense! We all saw what he will do for us! Don't get me started! Lol

    You are implying that Ray Lewis was the leadership. Ray Lewis was a lot of things, but the defense was sucking even before his injury last year.

    I have been a Baltimore sports fan since I could walk. I still treasure the first time I saw Brooks, Palmer,  Belanger, Bumbry, Grich, Powell and Blair play for the O's at Memorial Stadium, or watched Bert Jones, Lydell Mitchell, Bruce Laird, Mike Curtis, and Stan White playing for the Colts. I remember watching the Colts loss the divisional playoffs 3 years in a row, twice to the Steelers and then to the Raiders. The was the beginning of me hating the Steelers.

    We couldn't stop the run, which was the major problem with the Defense.

     

    Those were the good old days of watching the O's. Just wish Angelos would come off some of that money and bring a contender back to Baltimore.

     

    I can still remember the Mayflower Leaving Baltimore in the middle of the night. Thank God We have football again in Baltimore.  :)

    Great post! Kirby has no business getting the Ravens OC job! I'm praying Ravens Brass are just picking his brain for information on Steelers game planning. Wilson has done nothing to make himself a candidate! I'm glad he is a fighter and has an inspirational story, but man, that doesn't mean he can run an NFL offense!

    You should probably look into being a fan for another team. Sorry, but the childish remarks of changing the head coaches name that coached the team to the playoffs 5 of the last 6 years and to a Super Bowl win just proves the Raven Nation doesn't need you.

    As for getting rid of anyone out spoken, the only one that really fits that description would be Ed Reed and he left for more money than he was worth. That was proven by the fact that he was cut mid season by the team he went to and even after going to the Jets did little there. He wasn't let go at all and the reason we didn't offer him more is because he is way past his prime.

    The only other one that you could possibly include maybe Pollard, but he was just a lousy player beyond the fact that he is a hard hitting tackler. His cover skills suck.

    I have been a Baltimore Sports fan since 1978.  Harbs is overrated. I think the Leadership of this team and Ozzie finally drafting a QB that has talent is the reason why we went to the playoffs 5 years in a Row. You take that leadership away last year and we looked horrible. That Leadership came Back, announced his retirement, and the team played Lights out! You take that Leadership away and you have 8-8!  Harbs is a great Talker, but is not truthful. His Players can see this. I will continue rooting for The Ravens. I'm Ride or die, but that doesn't mean I won't state my opinion! Have a great day!  :)

    Looks like Kirby Wilson will be the next OC. Makes me mad that We bring in another guy with no OC experience! HarBoo wants a Guy He can tell what to do, and there will be no questions about it! That is one reason why anyone that was vocal on the team was either cut, traded, or not brought back! If Wilson is the best HarBoo can Do, I see a 6-10 season next year, and HarBoo digs that grave a little deeper! Bring on the Negs, I don't care. Everything else I have predicted has come true!
