Maybe while they are at the bowl games the plan to meet with some prospects its possible . we seem to be the only team who can interview candidates and it not get leaked to the press ever lol . I have my opinion about who will be hired/promoted but was anyone been able to confirm whether Kubiak was actually interviewed by the ravens. I don't think the coaches were trying to tank. when they made the decision to go to a zbs system zone stretch inside and outside . we had ko and just drafted Jensen who is perfect for that system . injuries derailed the changes. the zbs requires more athletic lineman , McKinnie was a bad fit. I don't think any coach imagined that one it would fail like it did or that we would miss the playoffs. edit towards the end of the season it was starting to click in all fairness

the did stick with it up to and including some plays on sunday .we did have power blocking mixed in. But we never stopped the stretch or inside zone blocking

flacco's cap hit this past season was 6.8 million and next year it is 14.8 million. flacco's contract is not "crippling" this team . and before it does it will be redone.

Inside zone blocking is what the players failed to execute, Rice/Pierce up the middle loss of gain of 1 yard. the changes Juan made directly caused the run game and pass protection failures this year. this is not a myth
