ya know, the more i think about it, the more i become upset... over the fact that we very well could take another 5-tech with our first top 10 pick since the billick era...

im not sure which players would have to be available for ozzie to pass up deforest buckner, but i would guess most of them would be taken by 8th, so if tunsil, bosa, one qb, hargreaves, stanley, and ramsey are taken, then i think its down to jack, smith, and buckner, and i dont even know if ozzie would value stanley or ramsey over a guy like buckner. i think where we sit in the draft we really could be considering him when were on the clock, he looks like an ozzie guy to me.

and to clarify, i like buckner, and if we were to switch to a 4-3 i would love to see what kind of penetration he can bring from both the inside and the out, but if we continue to call our base a 3-4 and gameplan accordingly, then obviously ill be very bummed out about taking a high pick on a position that we really need to stop piling on at.

Brandon Marshall deserves MVP votes. he's been absolutely dominant this year. I really wish we would've pushed a little bit harder for him but, it is what it is. Knowing our luck he would've got hurt too.

Again, I think the problem with Pees is that he's too cerebral and makes the players think too much. When I watch other teams, they swarm to the ball faster, they hit harder, and they just play faster. We look slow compared to other defenses. I'm not sure if it's because we're slow or if we're thinking too much, but I think it's a little of both.

Tucker will be fine. It seems like he only misses when the team is struggling oddly enough. He is responsible for 3 of our 4 victories this year. Offseason and the new field will get him back right.

We would have to overpay for him. We're a bad team now. Sadly we have no money to pay him or anyone really. Ozzie has to be impeccable this draft and we need new fresh coaching everywhere under John. Why would Calvin want to come from the lions to the Ravens to win a super bowl.

I'll double up on pass rushers or bosa and a ILB since we have average coverage linebackers. DB's aren't nothing without pass a rush. and we cant rely on sizzle being an every down LB after an achilles injury.

I agree with this. Our defense is in the bottom half of the league, I wouldn't mind loading up on defense this draft, Bosa and a replacement for Daryl Smith in the first 2 rounds wouldn't make me mad at all.

i would love Myles jack next to Mosley. With a new d cooridnator preferably. DB will still be a need but our linebackers are old. And it doesn't matter who we get at DB without good front seven play. And Stanley or tunsil in the first is there to get James hurst far away from this team.
