We need to Fire DC and OC. Give Harbough one more season but management isn't going to like to have back to back losing seasons. Let Wright (can't guard a snail), Webb (paid to much to suck), Jimmy Smith (who getting paid but can't stay healthy ever), and Suggs go and bring in players who want to play for some money. Pees defensive schemes are horrible. Bring back Rex Ryan as DC and Norv Turner as OC.
