OBJ, Shepard, and now B. Marshall. Wow...just...WOW @ Giants 2017 receiving corps. We're sitting here wondering if we'll be able to keep our only durable receiver with decent hands in Mike Wallace. I'd even take something close to the 2010 receiver tandem at this point. Sheesh.
Which Ravens pass-catcher not named SSS or Dennis Pitta do you think will produce a Week-X highlight video before the season is over?
Wally
My dark horse is Campanaro. I look for him to be the x-factor this week vs. the Steelers. Not much tape on him this year and SOOO much focus on Wallace because he is an Ex-Steeler and SSS because of the SSS-Mike Mitchell feud. Use those 2 as a decoy and get the ball to Camp.
@Tank 92 I'd love to see him have a breakout game opposite Pitta. I can't recall the last time we had a consistent double threat at TE when it comes to the passing game.
@VermontRaven I want Camp to get more snaps too. He's got what we need if his durability can keep up with his talent.
Pats are out. Now all that's left is for the Panthers to retire Peyton w/ a 1-3 SB record.
And your last hurrah is a boring opinion. Whatever. Let's just enjoy the game, dude.
At least Peyton has class. Cam does not. Not a fan of Elway, mad at Kubiak for going back on his word but can't stand people that don't know how to act when they win.
I'll say this about Super Bowl 48 so you two can stop bickering- The Seahawks defense, which ranked first in most major statistical categories, was the reason for the victory. The Seahawks could have easily won with their defensive scores and special teams scores. The Broncos defense wasn't an issue.
LMAO at NFL.com implying the 9ers win over us was "progress". I guess the next time we beat a team riddled with injuries and missing starters we'll be playoff bound, huh?
Somewhere, Ray Rice is laughing.
He can laugh all he wants, he's still unemployed!
I agree. He DID bring it on himself. Doesn't stop him from laughing.
He may be unemployed. He may not be laughing. He could be laughing while self-employed. Who knows.
How are the Pats (or ANY team) cheaters when the NFL allows teams to get away with buffoon tactics without damaging consequences?
So, Joe lost this game because of the "new offsense" myth, right? Same B.S. excuse bias analysts coddle Peyton with? Can we give Joe a pass for losing games due to experiencing numbness in his funny bone? Thanks.
Peyton's fingertips won't be the reason he's inevitably regarded as a mortal fraud this season. GO RAVENS!!
"We will appeal ruling in order to uphold the collectively bargained responsibility to protect the integrity of the game." - Roger Goodell LMAO!!!
So, Peyton performs his ritual playoff choke but John Fox is the scapegoat?
Without Peyton Manning... definition of a mediocre coach (81-79) career record, 4 playoff appearances in 10 seasons.
With Peyton Manning... 38-10, 3 postseason appearances in 3 seasons.
Jacket has a point Its all about the QB and in my opinion the chess pieces he is paired with.
I think the thing people forget is that Fox is actually a defensive minded coach, not an offensive minded one. His defenses were pretty terrible despite lots of talent.
"...in many ways the play was typical Flacco: effective, borderline athletic-looking, but, most of all, a killer. In the playoffs, this is what Flacco will do. He will destroy you." -Mike Freeman
