  1. Who remembers the days when Billy Bajema was our depth at tight end? Now we have like 5 quality guys. I kind of miss Bajema though.

I'm sure it was due to non-football reasons but I was always vexed as to how we kept Dickson over Bajema.  I don't recall seeing Bajema drop as many passes as Dickson did on plays he was expected to do more than block.

  2. Aaron Rodgers & Matt Ryan, you have one job. Put up a 50 berger in the Super Bowl and embarrass the Steelers or Patriots.

  3. Which Ravens pass-catcher not named SSS or Dennis Pitta do you think will produce a Week-X highlight video before the season is over?

@Tank 92 I'd love to see him have a breakout game opposite Pitta.  I can't recall the last time we had a consistent double threat at TE when it comes to the passing game.

@VermontRaven I want Camp to get more snaps too.  He's got what we need if his durability can keep up with his talent.

  4. Pats are out. Now all that's left is for the Panthers to retire Peyton w/ a 1-3 SB record.

And your last hurrah is a boring opinion. Whatever. Let's just enjoy the game, dude.

So, wait. You first use a regular season stat to support your argument now we're supposed to abandon that and exclusively compare SB line-ups? Now THAT'S laughable. Again, I don't have a problem w/ the Broncos. I could care less about SB50's result. Just saying it'll be a bit sweeter if Peyton ritually exposes himself to be the fraud he is and retires 1-3 SB record. Then I'll continue to occasionally root for the Broncos when they're not a threat to the Ravens.

FlackAttack - Denver had a top 10 run defense in 2013. Ground-n-pound was SEA's bread-n-butter that year so even though Denver's def. wasn't the greatest overall that year they still had enough potential to stifle SEA's attack. The primary difference was QB play.

ravensdfan - TBH, I'd root for the Broncos if Peyton wasn't their QB. I liked them before he arrived and will again once he leaves. As for SSS, I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't give two cares about the Panthers playoffs or no playoffs.

FlackAttack - Denver's defense was one of the top units during the SB 48 season but it wasn't enough. Peyton's only chance of winning is against 3rd string caliber QBs when it's all on the table. Each time he's gone against a good or better QB he's been exposed at the SB. Agreed, it will be a good game.

  9. Anyone have thoughts on Peyton Manning being linked to HGH and using it during his recovery in 2011?

Won't say if Peyton took them or not but NFL.com sure made him look guilty trying to deflect controversy onto a handful of other athletes instead of just sticking with the 'he didn't do it' narrative. If he did do it, I'll be sure to bring that up whenever there's a convo about Peyton, good or bad. Just like the media does to other athletes.

He may be unemployed. He may not be laughing. He could be laughing while self-employed. Who knows.

I agree. He DID bring it on himself. Doesn't stop him from laughing.

  12. How are the Pats (or ANY team) cheaters when the NFL allows teams to get away with buffoon tactics without damaging consequences?

  13. So, Joe lost this game because of the "new offsense" myth, right? Same B.S. excuse bias analysts coddle Peyton with? Can we give Joe a pass for losing games due to experiencing numbness in his funny bone? Thanks.

I'm sure Bronco fans felt the same way when Peyton tossed six to J. Smith.

Peyton's done but I think he'll try to chase his brother's second ring for one more season. Wouldn't be surprised if his ailing body gets carted into retirement next year.

I'll be happy if the Pats lose the conference game. I care less what happens after lol. I just want to see Bill & Tom denied another chance at a post-scandal championship.

  16. I wouldn't, necessarily, mind losing to the Pats if their fans and media weren't so arrogant. The Pats are a damn good team and are probably the best team in the AFC. It's a shame that the attitude of their supporters mess things up for the likability of their team

Especially "fans" and sports writers of the last decade. If you happen to mention how the Pats have sucked the majority of their existence they're either oblivious or pretend that era never happened.
