    Yeah it should definitely start ASAP, but I do think a small gap in between to let everyone sort everything out might be a good idea.  Trading of draft picks is obviously going to affect cap space, and I know some people have fallen behind in updates, so it might be a good idea to try and get everyone on track over the next couple of days.

    Yeah I agree, especially with it being the weekday and people will be busy. We need to make sure everything is organized and up to date before we do it. But it should be sometime early next week.

    I think it should.  That's going to be a long process.  Maybe give 24 hours just to let everyone sort out all of their rosters and cap implications incase trades are made, but definitely by Monday, in my opinion.

    Comp picks don't come out till the league meeting (Mar 23-26) so we could only get so far, but I think we could start after DB's too.

    I think Manziel turns out being an OK quarterback. He will have some big games, but he will also have a bunch of bad ones too. I think he's going to be the type of guy than will have those 3 INT games, but have 4 TD's to go with it because of his inconsistency and those freak plays that he does make. NFL teams will try to keep him in the pocket so it will be interesting if he will still make those splash plays and how he would do it. He is eventually going to get hurt though the way he plays and how small he is.

     

    Off the field, I honestly wouldn't care nearly as much if he played a different position, but I want a real leader at QB. You need someone that commands respect and will get the rest of the team ready at all times. I don't Manziel is that guy because there will be players that just hate they way he carries himself and acts. They won't want to listen to him and that's not what you want. There are guys who act similar to this all over the league, but how many are successful QB's?
