I like Williams, but not for that price. I think we could have significantly upgraded multiple other positions with that money and had been fine with other DT options. Now there's no money for the offense and we've have lost our best WR, a top 5 RT and the best FB in the league. Oh, and remember historically terrible the offense was? Oh yeah, and isn't this a stacked defensive draft class and weak offensive class? I just can't get behind this
Ozzie still thinks this is the 2000's. I'm just going to laugh when Pierce is better than him next year.
If Ozzie gets fired in the near future this deal will be why
For a guy who plays 60% of the snaps and has almost no impact against the pass? His run-stuffing presence also got worse last year. Not a fan at all of this
You better step up big time Brandon

Great move by them. It's not like they were gonna spend up to the cap max
Woodhead deal is probably pretty cheap. I don't have a problem with it at all. If he's healthy again he's honestly pretty valuable in this passing league. Eliminates one more need too

Matt Elam SS, Draft: 2013, Round 1, Pick 32
Total tackles: 131
Sacks: 0.5
Interceptions: 1
Pass deflections: 7
Tony Jefferson SS, Draft 2013, undraftedTotal tackles: 276
Sacks: 5.0
Forced fumbles: 6
Pass deflections: 11
Interceptions: 2
Defensive touchdowns: 1
I think I remember he fell because of work ethic concerns. He said going undrafted was a wake-up call and he's been a beast every since
Amazing news. I live in Arizona and everyone here loves him. Really good player and plays with a great passion for the game

Well the giants were the last team I expected.. Guess they're just going for a pure run-stuffing presence in the middle and pass rush on the edges

At some point the front office needs to pay up for good players. Only way to retain them. The Ravens aren't considered contenders anymore guys aren't going to give them discounts
Just now, Alexir said:We are being linked to Torrey a lot, this only makes sense if we cut Wallace. They do the exact same thing.
Wallace does it better, actually he does so many things better. Like catching the ball, coming back to the ball, running routes, making plays over the middle of the field.

Terrible news just keeps on coming today
Anyone know how many players we have currently on second contracts? Like guys we drafted and then resigned. Has to be the lowest number in the NFL
The offense was pathetic last year and the team rewarded the OC for it and now we're losing a top 5 RT, pro-bowl FB and our best WR. Nice
Well damn, that sucks. Now that the team is mediocre it can't afford an online forum? Hmmm. Sucks because this is the one place I can easily get the information I want and a place where people actually understand and love football like me. The people on here are much more knowledgable that pretty much every writer out there, ravens wise and just football wise.
Ya'll better make some serious changes elsewhere because the homepage sucks imo. Honestly you should hire some like former scouts or someone who gets football!! And no one wants to have convos on twitter or Facebook. That's my private life, my friends don't want to hear about my ravens opinions.
It's been fun boys (and those few girls) but all good things must come to an end I suppose. We may have had our disagreements at times, But I sincerely wish you all the best.
We could definitely trade back and pick up a 2nd/3rd (assuming there is a trade partner) and still get a really good edge rusher. There's quite a few
I really like Watt, but not that much
Torrey was the most frustrating WR ever. Sorry, but I hate the way he plays the game. Please Ozzie just continue to move on from him.

Pretty happy to get DeSean Jackson and Kenny Stills for a total of just 12 stars. Jackson is 30, but is still very good and has kept his long speed. Cousins just misses him deep a lot tbh. Stills is only 24 and will return to his old role here in NO. Overall, that's a ton of speed added and they should form a great trio with Michael Thomas.
Somehow Hightower is still effective and will serve as a decent no. 3 behind Ingram and Prosise.
