    We dont pay big money to players on the decline. Ozzie ALWAYS has a plan and proves everyone wrong in the end. I love Q sooo much and he was a great player and leader, but its a business. Its just next man up.

    We dont pay big for guys who are past their primes and declining. But if Q says its not about the money... then why wont he take the pay cut?? I dont get it. Its not like hes going to make nothing.
