  1. I would love this. A top CB that would give us one of the best trios of corners and some much needed depth. We've neglected the position all offseason and don't have much behind Webb and Jimmy. We're an injury away from having chykie brown being the number 2 CB. That's scary to think about. You should have like 4 good ones too so for me he's a no brainer if you can make it work. We could definitely afford him by structuring the contract so, it just depends if we're willing to pay him and if he's okay with being a nickel guy.
  2. Just finished season 1 of The Following. The ending was pretty predictable, but still a very good show and I'm ok with the finale. It makes sense. I wonder if they stick to the same theme in season 2 and when Netflix will have it
  3. What's it about?
  4. Cool I'll have to check out Sherlock. I like miniseries like that too. I keep trying to find good movies on netflix but most are bad. I have heard about rubber tho haha! Anyways, thanks for the suggestions
  5. I have school off for the summer and I'm looking for some good tv series' on netflix. I started the following which is actually pretty good, but I'm almost done already. What are one or two really good series I should watch? No particular genres or anything

  7. Yeah I guess we're bound to have a drop off when all of our DC's leave for head coaching jobs.
  8. I still can't believe we took a backup QB in the 6th before we took a CB. We had 4 CB's so that is just stupid, especially the way this league is now. Jackson could easily be gone with another failed drug test and Chykie hasn't shown he should be a no. 3. So now we're going to count on UDFA's and cap casualties (completely unknown who will be there and if we can even afford one) to fill out the roster. And I haven't even mentioned how both our starters have extensive injury histories. There's no depth at the position where you have to be deepest at. Makes no sense to me.
  9. With how much we've invested there, I'm going to be pissed if we aren't a top 5 defense next year.
  10. I know he has. I said not that much imo. It also helps that Joe had no one else to throw to. His other top options for the majority of the season were a UDFA WR, a 34 year old TE nobody else wanted, a stone handed TE who sucks tbh (his new deal he signed was worth less than 1mil and that was our starting TE) and Doss who just sucks too. The weapons were terrible.
  11. Torrey hasn't improved as much I we would have liked since we've drafted him. Still struggles as a route runner and inconsistent hands. He's fast and can make plays, but has yet to take that extra step. BUT that is just my opinion... I'm really hoping Engram can help these WR's a lot though. At least he has to be an upgrade over hostler
  12. I don't like Jernigan, but that's fair.
  13. We have a terrible history of developing WR's though and that's Jerry Rice
  14. If I was the GM, I would have traded up for Lee or taken Latimer at 48.
  15. Just to be clear it's 3 eventual starters, not day 1 starters. Sure its a bit optimistic, but that's what should be if you want to continually be a good team. Obviously you wont get that every draft though, but it's the goal.
  16. They're not bad players, but they probably aren't going to turn into much for us. Urschel could, but has limited potential and it's not that likely. Taliaferro I think will be good due to Kubes knowing what kind of RB he wants. Camp is yet another late round WR. That's almost all we do now which is why our WR's have been very average. Torrey is a decent #2 and Marlon is a red zone threat and that's pretty much it right now. His stats are inflated because Joe had Torrey then literally no one else to throw to. He was bound to have decent stats. He's a raw big WR who isn't that fast or physical. Steve is old and tbh he wasnt that good at all last season. Ask panthers fans... Also you don't draft a #3 QB when you only have 3 CB's on your roster that's ridiculous. How many of our day 3 picks have turned into starters? Very very few. Arthur Jones and Pitta are about the only ones in the past 5 years. We clearly ignore our offense. And we pay 120mil to a QB and surround him with average weapons. Every other elite QB is loaded with weapons and there's a reason for that. That's where the money is and that's why they win! I look for 3 starters every draft. That should be the main goal imo. All of our top picks go to the defense, so it's not surprising how we've had very average offenses. If you're going to spend 120mil on a QB then surround him with good protection and weapons.
  17. And all on the 3rd day except for one, whom should have been drafted later. Either way Gillmore was like two away from it. Day 3 players are pretty much just depth. Honestly we'd be lucky to have one of them become a starter.
  18. It's shame that injuries can ruin a chance at someone's lifelong dream. I wish Bullitt the best of luck
  19. Sometimes it's better for them to go to a team with a better coaching staff than one they are more likely to make, which are often times the ones with worse coaches. It's a hard decision to make, but it can benefit them a lot in the long run when they get other tryouts. Yes, It can be hard for some to get tryouts, but they will be better players. For some its the right choice.
  20. Gotcha thanks
  21. How do u embed tweets or whatever like that
  22. BC TE Jake Sinkovec too
  23. Yes, unfortunately. Vikings
  24. He was a really good player without it before last season
  25. Yeah Bears. Could be a great 3tech
