  1. At home, vs the lowly Browns with 1st and goal...a contender puts the game away....SMH!!
  2. Puny defense or suspect DC, whatever....let's see the $120M QB to to work...this is what he's paid to do!
  3. Has KL-M made a play, all season?
  4. This Guy guy, tho!!! Ok Lawrence, I see you!
  5. Press coverage, Pees!!! Press! Press! Press!!!
  6. Kruger, another ex-raven overpaid bust.
  7. best throw he's made, thus far, this year.
  8. Just give the ball to Forsett...thanks for vulturing my FF points, Joe!!! UGH!!
  9. No worries folks, Flacco will make him better. He elevates the play of those around him like other premiere QBs. ;-D
  10. It's interesting reading posts here. Why some of you had high expectations for this club....last season was fool's gold. We played a bad AFC-S (still lost to HOU and struggled in wins vs TEN & JAX, at home) and a horrible NFC-S, swept the div but if not for Forsett's 180 yd. 2 TD performance and Hill's pick-6, we probably would've lost at NOS. We lost to the contenders: IND, swept by CIN, SD, PIT (the latter 2 were blowouts) Flacco is what he always was except for lightning in a bottle in the SB run...average!!! He's not going to overcome this team's weaknesses, extend plays, be consistently accurate or aware of pocket threats. It ain't Trestman's fault (although his play-calling is suspect) That's basic QBing!!! In his 8th season, constantly starts slow yet to make a pro-bowl...that's top 3 in the conference. He's got a top 3 NFL contract although I get NFL economics and need for a QB for any possible success. Add pinning hopes on a rookie WR (Perriman), w/o pre-season snaps, a rep for brick hands, on a team notorious for not producing/developing WRs...no matter the WR coach, no WR other can get separation? None!! Anyone dare to criticize Oz for his personnel moves, acquisitions? This is a def franchise, always will be even in the Joe era. Except for the 2013 season, post-SB, the D has always outranked the O, at least statistically. When the D has played poorly, which is rare even under Pees, UGH...Joe hasn't match the opposing QB. When the D keeps us in games, Joe has seldom sealed or stole a W. And you guys blame SSS at DEN, if Joe didn't throw that bonehead Talib pick-6, a GW TD effort would not have been necessary. That's atypical SSS, but typical Joe. He misses SSS wide open at OAK, then a game-ending INT. Harbs has made bad in-game/timeout gaffes, we've had some suspect OCs playcall, injuries, bad drafts, etc...etc.. but this teams success/failure is mostly on Joe...IMHO.
  11. Fill in the blank: Joe Flacco______ A. is garbage B. is a bum C. is overpaid D. has no pocket awareness E. is inaccurate F. bad judgement G. throws constantly off his back foot H. is a field private, not a field general I. All of the above
  12. Couldn't agree more!!!
  13. Most high paying QBs don't throw game-changing, momentum stopping pick-6s. Don't throw the pick...perhaps no need to throw a GW TD because we're ahead although SSS should've caught it, I give you that. Didn't say the D wasn't great. They played with tremendous heart....Webb sucks, ok? Anyone on the team better? if so, put him in. If not, put your players in the best position succeed...not running full speed at or by you. Not with the ability to disrupt picks and crosses.
  14. Trestman's debut, Flacco still not a guy who can't overcome his team's lackluster play or weakness, Monroe who is cottony soft, continued lack of in-game adjustments not just this season (no change to the end rush, no chipping, little screens or draws, etc...) Pees continues to play off coverage!! Yeah, coach just let the speedy receivers run free!!
  15. Freeney nor Babin aren't edge setters, so I doubt it esp. with someone like Doom (the same) on the other side but they could play passing downs, I guess.
  16. Trestman, Harbs....make the freaking adjustment. Draw, screen again...something!!
  17. Joe has to step up inside the rush...they rush wide everytime!!! Make the adjustment!!!
  18. Great playcall to Forsett followed by a horrible one to Juice!!!
  19. Fantastic playcall to Forsett!!
  20. Hillman is the better back...CJ Anderson looks plodding and less explosive. Surprised he went in the top 10 of most FFL drafts.
  21. 1st play Will Hill made the whole game.
  22. SSS was open on the 3rd down pass (sigh)....Joe missed him!!
  23. That 3 & out didn't help, ugh!!
  24. Let's see one of these promising TEs standout...be a factor a play...Crock, Nick, or Mad Maxx!!!
  25. Jimmy's INT aside, coach Pees take notice how DEN's DBs play close.
