  1. I am excited to see what Wright looks like out there. Hopefully he makes it through practice...geez this injury bug!

I am wondering about the possibility that some of the team's problems, could because of old defensive schemes that ex-ravens (now on other teams) recognize? We know pretty well that any team with Delrio is gonna spank us. Remember Jacksonville 2012? ;) Maybe there needs to be some different scheme, instead of the mostly predictible plays we've seen recently?

My thoughts on Joe are that I believe he lacks confidence in his receivers' ability to fight for the ball. He used to be able to just hang one out there and Q would go up and snatch it out of the defender's hands if it was headed for a pick! Yeah, those were the days. Actually I'm excited to see what some of these newer guys can do once they get settled-in and can get up to game speed. Hopefully we'll still be in it by then, but you can't count us out until it's over. That's just a Baltimore thing, you NEVER give up! :)

    Go RAVENS!

  2. When your patchwork offense puts up 30 points, you expect to win the game!

Big shock about Davis' injury, knowing he's already coming off an ACL issue...smh Let's see who else we can pick up to help pay for their medical bills!

Webb has one and a half games where he looks even remotely close to his former caliber, and yup you guessed it hurt again!

Is it something with the conditioning, or what? They should be able to hold up better. Can you imagine if these guys had to face Ray, Ed, or Pollard?

Joe underthrows Givens right out the gate, and then never throws his way again. He overthrows Aiken, and then throws behind wide open receivers! How long you been playing this game?

Babin, nice job with both of those penalties. You pretty much handed them 14 points! I'm thinking I remember you getting a call last week as well? Nice addition to the team. smh

Marlon Brown... catch a freakin ball! Ever heard of a jugs machine? You should be in front of that thing 24hrs a day until you learn to catch!

Dean Pees and Trestman need to get their act together. This play calling is killing us! If you know you can't get blitz pressure all day, what makes you think it would suddenly work at the back half of the game? You are facing a team listed 32nd against the run, so of course we should throw in short yardage situations?! Cmon man!

There are no adjustments seen, it's like, just keep hitting this wall with your head and hopefully something might happen.

You are all highly paid "professionals", it's time to start acting like it.

  3. Garrett's right, all these recievers stepped up and made plays when it mattered. Waller's first catch, I was the only one who stood up and said "Nice first catch!" Nobody else in my group even knew what I was talking about! smh

Some of Aiken's recent grabs have been reminiscent of what we used to call "The Anquan Boldin Show!" (That's when defenders would double Torrey, freeing up some room for Q's body grabs!) Ah good times...but exciting times are ahead as well.

  4. From what I saw of Davis, he played a great game! He put himself in good position to defend passes. Really looked like he came to play (and run!). The whole defense played pretty good Thursday night. They kept everything in front of them, for the most part. It was also especially nice to see Webb looking like his old self again. I think him in the slot more going forward could be a good idea, and I'm sure we could still possibly see him at the Safety position in the future. This guy has always been one of those leader-types, he just usually has been in the shadow of other great leaders (lewis, reed, suggs, etc)

Sorry to slide off-topic, but yeah fantastic start for Will Davis! Sometimes you just need to get your second chance to be able to shine. ;)
