  1. Nice article, John.
  2. Remember....the Jags are ahead of us in the playoff chase. We can leapfrog over the perennial powerhouse w/a big win Sunday. It's going to be a tough game, but we can do it. Really.
  3. It's possible. Perhaps not likely, but indeed possible. Keeping in mind, it won't take much to make it better.
  4. Weird statement, considering they play on different sides of the ball.
  5. I wish him well, but honestly don't see why the team made this move. RB insurance, I guess.
  6. Very true. We could also play in the Super Bowl. And win it.
  7. Wonder why Harbaugh thinks he will bat down some passes(?) What, because he's 6'7'? Canty is the same height and where are all those w/him? As a matter of fact, how many of those do we see from the Ravens?
  8. Great awards. Do they all get a little trophy from Garrett?
  9. I agree. Even though he resembles a three legged drunken giraffe when he does run, the Ravens could extend some drives if he would "run" more. No doubt. My theory is that he's too scared to run.
  10. Good QB's and OC's make teams pay for stacking the box and/or blitzing. We have neither, so.....
  11. Yeah, nice move to be sure lots of photos are taken to plaster all over social media and this website, too. Real heroes don't need to do that, nor want to.
  12. That would be something new. Thanks for the chuckle.
  13. "Marc Trestman will have to be creative in finding plays that will work for other targets". Imagine that. What a concept!!
  14. Might have a thing or two to do w/Kraft & Co. not putting up any fight when penalized a cool mill and draft pick from "BradyGate". Hmmm.....
  15. I guess you don't watch any of the "good" QB's in the NFL who have new receivers every year and make instant stars out of them. We don't have one of those QB's. I, like so many others, am sick and tired of hearing all the excuses for Flacco. But, hey, he got his big money.
  16. Please enlighten us as to who/what the Ravens would get in return? Don't forget the dead money and salary. Oh, and the fact that he seems to stay injured.
  17. Point well made, but I don't think most of us are wondering why. We've seen the games.
  18. Even after all that, Flacco should have thrown the ball out of the endzone and they would have had enough time for another play and it stops the clock and gives them time to get a play in. Just plain stupid. Plays like that are indicative of a 1-6 team. Would be 0-7 if Pitt had a kicker and a QB when we played them.
  19. Yeah....let's do that again. It's bound to work sooner or later.
  20. I'm starting to wonder if I and maybe a few others on here should try out for the team.
  21. Stuff like that is very typical of his and the other two musketeers. They can't ever seem to write a professional article. If it's not written by John or Kevin, expect the story to resemble something written by a novice, not a pro. The least they could do is proof read their stuff. Even then, I don't think they are capable of finding all the typos, omitted words, etc. I usually just scan over their "articles" and go on to read the boards. If never gets any better, so I guess their bosses just don't care. You have to admit it, though, that getting the correct score is tough.
  22. The call on the field carries a lot of weight. Whether wrong or right. There always needs to be clear evidence to reverse a call.....even when the ref gets it wrong w/the initial call. We've all seen it happen many times. I do hope that all refs are graded and the bad ones get let go, which I think does happen. It doesn't seem to be working sometimes, I must admit.
  23. That may be true, but you can't see the ball and just how much control he has of it when the knee is down. The call could have gone either way and there would not been enough clear evidence to reverse it, either way.
