    Someone needs to buy Harbaugh a big mirror. One big enough to see all the coaches in. Then, look at it awhile to see where the problems lie. Oh, and leave room for Ozzie, for some of his dimwitted draft picks lately. Perhaps a glimpse of Average Joe in there, too.

    The "P" word? As in "Pathetic" coaching, play calling, preparation and effort? If the Ravens fall to Cincy this week at home, it's all over but the jockeying for the Draft next year. And maybe get to play spoiler to some other teams. Of course, to play spoiler, that would require winning a game or two to actually work.
  8. Who cares what Trump thinks about Average Joe? He is not even close to being elite. I think most NFL fans already know that. Those who refuse to acknowledge that, well, they chug too much purple kool aid. It takes a lot more than a strong arm to be elite. Ask some Bear fans.

  10. Hey John......calling the Raiders a "losing opponent" must mean the Ravens are too.....I guess? Perhaps a better choice of words is in order? In case you didn't check, both teams are "losers" according to you. I know what you are trying to say, but you do this for a living. Don't be like the other "writers" on here.

  13. SSS is an average player. Used to be good. Those days are gone. All he seems to excel at anymore is talking trash. Great at that. And to think he's our #1 WR. Tough times ahead, folks.

  16. Since when is SSS a reliable and consistent threat in our "passing game"? The only reliable and consistent thing he is good at is flapping his piehole. Show me some evidence to show reliability and consistence at being a WR. The Panthers knew what they were doing. Let him return punts. Maybe he can do that.

    I think SSS should quit flapping his jaws and concentrate on catching passes that hit him in his hands. Also, the Ravens need to find a way to neutralize a strong pass rush. Good coaches and QB's find a way. I'll leave it at that.

    Hope the Team brings up/signs another CB. I figure Webb will be injured by halftime. Yet another year of a beaten up secondary.....watch. Then next offseason we can all be talking about the Webb "dead money".

  24. While I agree w/your main point, it's not necessarily true about CB's being able to catch long passes. Quite a lot of them are indeed now playing CB because they couldn't catch the ball on a regular basis. I agree about RB's, though.
  25. Does anyone actually really believe there's even a chance to see him playing Week 1? C'mon.....
