i'll veto this. Its no different than Sergio Kindle. We didn't know he was gonna fall down the stairs and end up doing nothing for us when we picked it. It just an unfortunate incident that we had to deal with. Same deal with me and Hernandez. It is unfortunate but I still have the best offense in this league without him and there are still plenty of guys left on the board I can take to soften this blow and widen the gap.

He only started 9 games his first two seasons and finished those season with 4/4.5 sacks which is respectable, but likely he was limited due to how the Giants bring their rookies along. 08 was really the first season we got see what Kiwi could do with his hand in the dirt for the full season and he got you 8 sacks. So basically you have 2 seasons to go off of. So we don't know how much of that is still there. I personally feel that there is not enough to really go on there. At least with Smith, you have an idea of what you are getting. Good run defense and about 6+ sacks.

I wonder about that. With Tuck and JPP as the starters, Kiwi would likely get in on rotation or in the Nascar package. I wonder how much of an opportunity will be there.

The only really good pass rusher left on the board for 43 is 35 years old. Obv I didnt take Will Smith to be a pass rusher. He is a solid run defender with some pass rush ability which at this point is fine.

Thought about it, but there was just too limited a sample to go off for him as a DE. He isn't that great of an OLB either.

58 TT, 6 sacks, 2 passes defended. Not amazing, but not terrible either. Pretty sure that sack number increases if the run D isn't porous like it was last year.
