for better or not, Harbs needs to make changes at defensive coordinator, offensive coordinator, DB coach and OL coach. I wouldn't have added OC but not dialing up runs in the second half last week was not acceptable.
the DB group is bad by any standards including Smith and Webb. May take years to get some players......looks like Pees may be gone. Take the OC with you.
Injuries certainly contributing to this teams performance but the FO did a terrible job of getting players. Maybe time for a FO change. Also, after a week of preparation this is what we get? Steelers blow out Cincy in their house.
ok...this season is gone for Perriman. Now we are back to whether he can actually catch and hold onto footballs in an NFL game....still to be determined.
for those wanting to change the coaching staff, the game planning was good yesterday. We still don't have any consistent DB's. Lewis' interception drop yesterday lost the game, not the bone head play by Dumerville. The offense was working except for Flacco's turnovers.
have SS Sr. coach the receivers for the rest of the season.
...corporate Harbaugh. This season is over.
Move on from Smith and Campanaro.
just go with the receivers we have. Sorry to Smith down but we need to move on.
is there a decision to be made?......regardless if Perriman is a player. Get some receivers, draft, trade, whatever it takes. We have a couple of guys at tight end, that's it. Smith may be running up some stats but so what, he has dropped a number of game winners and is not an impact guy anymore. How do the Pats keep getting guys in impact positions and we don't...something needs to change. Oz, Harbaugh, other coaches, talent evaluators?? Frustrating
Other tight ends make that play 8 out of 10 times. Guess he'll get it but Joe keeps throwing interceptions to finish games. NE, Denver....etc. Not acceptable.
Monroe is another one that seems to have lost his desire. He's likely still injured and wasn't ready to return.....and now he injured his shoulder. IMO, the Cards beat up our OL, as did the Browns, Cincy and 9ers. How did the Cards pick up Freeney, where was Oz with Suggs down? As far as the injuries, did anyone watch the Pats against the Jets. The Pats are beat up on their OL (others) and the Jets barely touched Brady. No excuses.
Marlon Brown is playing himself off this team. By the way Perriman had the same drop problems in college as many of you know.
Turned this off early in the third quarter after going down by two scores. Missed our opening drive after the half, must have been 3 and out?? Bad defensive backfield and no receivers. SSS is playing hard but the rest?? More drops on third down. Flacco looks to have lost some desire this year. Not sure what it is....
the media is really tiring....who the h.... started this rumour.
Doesn't make sense to come back to this team. He won't make that much difference and he could get injured again.
...oh and make the staff changes that are needed.
If I were Biscoti I would hire an independent consultant to analyze how the Pats stay on top with players coming and going every year on both sides of the ball. No input from Ozzie or the coaches. A lot of it has to do with Brady's ability but there is clearly a difference in player evaluation, coach selection, and overall game day strategy. He also should sit down and watch the two part tv program on Bellichek. IMO it gives some great incite on his approach. I like the parts where he is meeting with the coaching staff preparing for the upcoming game. Wonder how Harbaugh and his staff measure up. Currently the Pats offensive game plan (Bellichek's)hasn't been successfully defensed for a number of seasons. Say what you will about NE, they are competitive every year.
t
to ....hashtag below.....Steve Smith was on a losing team because he contributed to the losses just like he is doing with us. Lots of stats but.....had enough of Steve Smith....too much talking not enough contributions.
Had enough of Steve Smith. If my memory is correct he now has dropped 4 touchdown passes in the end zone this season. All potentially cost us games. I'll give it to him to even be in the lineup and he is adding up the stats but he drops too many big catches. Likely the reason we have him. Time to retire Steve. This season is over.
live audio feed from WBAL? HUH? Says not available.
don't even want to watch them against 9ers. I wouldn't be surprised to see a blow out from either team. 9ers are due to beat up on someone and clearly the Ravens are hungry for a win. Hope the 9ers don't put up big offensive numbers against a minimal defense.
....and on our home turf. The Cleveland fans are over the top.
1-4. The Browns beat up the Ravens last weekend.

Are Smith or Upshaw long term players? Upshaw was touted as a big play guy but rarely makes one. I will give him the sack late in the game, big play. TWO PI's contribute to 14 points for Smith? Surprising win.
