    Cue up the next scapegoat at OC. Evidently team around the NFL understand Caldwell wasn't the problem. It starts with a guy that doesn't work as hard as he needs to. Manning works outside the facility with his recievers . Hard work pays off in performance Flacco.

      Who knows? I thought I'd get a response to my post that actually addressed what I said, instead of some made up nonsense. What was I thinking?

      C'mon Tank. Play calling was uncreative all season except for a few times. First half we ran the ball on 1st & 2nd down like 60% of the time until the end of the game when we were then behind 2 scores. Great QB coach, probably decent HC - but not a great OC.

      Right. I think the uncreative play calling was a product of having 2 or 3 players on the O line that didn't belong in the NFL. I think it's pretty obvious that Caldwell was capable of much more.
