Haven't seen anyone match his games against Oakland, Cleveland, Cincinnati and San Diego yet, beside the point, you're putting way too much stake into numbers. Between Smith and Smith last year they dropped enough TD passes that would have given him his 4K, 30 TD season, would that make people happy? Only you are saying Mallet and Flacco are comparable, I must have missed Mallets 10 playoff wins and 5 straight playoff appearances to start his career and a large collection of impressive passes with a high degree of difficulty and his 26 game winning drives. Maybe we should get Dalton or Stafford, they have had 30 TD seasons so they're clearly better because stats. Mallet played fine but he wasn't pressured much and checked the ball down all game besides 2 or 3 throws. We were a top 10 offense with Flacco this year we aren't anymore, I'd thought that would be enough proof for the small minority of our fan base that doubts his contributions to this team but I guess it isn't. Matt Cassel looked pretty serviceable in New England's offense and look how that turned out.
