  1. Intersting, of all of those I think missing Kamar was the biggest play, but it's hard to tell if the corner came off because he saw he was going to Dixon.
  2. I need to actually read this analysis but the feedback on the Ravens Reddit on this article is that this guys definition of open receiver isn't the same as reality in the NFL
  3. Forced fumble in the super bowl is how I remember him, but yea, that play sucked
  4. Pretty much, lol Marvin 0-7 playoffs Lewis. I'm still mad about Jimmy's pick six being called back
  5. Oh come on it was busted coverage and he was wide open by 15 yards, can't remember the last time Flacco had the luxury of that much separation
  6. Same exact feeling here
  7. I don't have much to say about this game except that we better win going away. I watched them vs the Bengals and they looked terrible on both sides, Wentz has looked bad in every game I've seen him in, throws high a lot, he started off good but he is showing his rookie form. If we don't win no point being too upset in the sense of us being a dark horse team that could of made a run if we just made the playoffs, if we don't win we weren't good enough to be that dark horse anyway.
  8. Right, always good to keep that perspective. Yea same here, that loss hurt, not because I expected us to win, I didn't, because it's the damn Patriots and Brady.
  9. He catches criticism all the time from every outlet and than has accomplishments detracted from him in a pure double standard fashion, just wanting others held to this standard I guess makes me a homer. I think Andrew Luck is also good but definitely overrated, he is unanimously touted as top 3 and I don't feel he's earned it, but I understand he is carrying that team and they fall off when he's gone, the opposite of Brady who I also think is overrated, I don't think he's the greatest of all time but obviously think he's good. We criticize the hell out of our QB but the Bengal fan base thinks there's is top 5.
  10. I know it's unpopular, and I'm biased because Ben typically plays worse vs Baltimore and I see those games in finer detail and it shapes my perspective on him; however I've always believed there is a big double standard with Ben, maybe influenced and exemplified by Pittsburgh bias in the media. His playoff stats are abysmal, outside of the game winning drive in the Super Bowl, which obviously deserves credit. If Flacco had the lowest QB rating for a super bowl winning QB in the history of the game it would be brought up constantly to diminish him, how often is it brought up for Ben? Never mind he should only have one SB, that was the worst officiated game of all time but I digress. How many times has he raised his game against Brady? Has he ever beaten NE? He's had superior talent around him, before last year never made the playoffs without a top 5 defense, but only Flacco wins because of his defense. Ben is good, I'd be fine with him as our QB, he's the best in the game at extending broken plays, but if/ when (lol) Flacco wins his next SB he is a hall of famer too, purely because of the post season resume at that point, he'd be 2nd to Brady in almost every category. When Ben has clunkers you never hear him get criticized, last year he almost had the same amount of INTs and TDs but from the media love fest you'd think his ratio was 4 to 1, I was actually surprised when I saw his stats based on the perception he was getting. He didn't deserve any credit for that gift wrapped win in Cincinnati but he sure did get it, I just think he's a little overrated, but I obviously think he's good.
  11. He made Torrey Smith better, that's become evident. Also made Jacoby Jones better. Mike Wallace has revived his career here and Steve Smith has excelled with Flacco better than he did with Newton. I agree he's not Rodgers, I'm not crowning Big Ben however, he is overrated, I'll take Joe over Ben any day.
  12. I hope I'm not reading this correctly, are people advocating for Marvin Lewis? You people complain about game/clock management under Harbaugh? Well as someone who has seen every Lewis coached Bengal game he manages to run circles around Harbaugh in this category, I've never seen a coach use second half timeouts more carelessly, also game management aside, Marvin Lewis over Harbaugh? I'm going to bed.....
  13. What was the bet again, and we're not saying his name right now correct? Was it win against the dolphins or win more than 6 games?
  14. Which is also why it was a dumb stat to begin with, all in context of course, 65% completion in air coyrell is different than west coast 65%.
  15. Only good OC in the history of the Ravens is Gary Kubiak, but we did win a Super Bowl largely because of our offense that utilized an Air Coryell Cam Cameron offense, something to be said about that. I'm done with Trestman ball, way too inconsistent and way too much pressure on the QB.
  16. Yea bring on Mallet. I hate football
  17. If we don't win the division than I hope the Bengals do, my friends can have it this year, they'd rather lose and get a better draft pick at this point. It would be funny if this was the year they win a playoff game, it would also be funny to see them lose one too. You're absolutely right to not be overconfident in these games, we'd be crazy to be, there is no offensive scheme, Flacco fit Kubiak's scheme better, this has him throwing too much for little gain, a run game could change that.
  18. Better than Philly and Cincinnati, just above normal mediocre, like a 9-7 mediocre, Bengals are a 7-8-1 kind of mediocre and Philly is a rookie QB learning the hard way kind of mediocre lol.
  19. I'm a huge critic of Mike Wallace, he has had some huge TD/big play drops and has caused some INTs, but I understand that we must keep him and he should be back next year if we're trying to build a good offense.
  20. Definitely a double standard. So we demean Joe for capitalizing off of mush have point opportunities, what if we didn't score than what? Danmed if you do damned if you don't, I'm putting huge blame on Mike Wallace, so sick of this one trick pony dropping passes and causing interceptions in key moments.
  21. Onside kick call was fine, not sure why some are upset about that. Be more upset about the cutesy way Tucker hit it, just do a normal kick and let us have a chance.
  22. Not Flacco's best but he is a gunslinger and will make good throws, he did, Wallace dropped two huge plays, Perriman missed one. Once again Flacco's WRs let him down
  23. Jim Mora
  24. Why are the Patriots so much better than everyone else, is it really coaching?
