With all the talk about why the Ravens didn't change OC this offseason I got to thinking about a team we all love to hate, The Pittsburgh Steelers. Todd Haley became their OC in 2012 and things didn't start off too hot for them. I remember reading things about how the fans wanted him gone and blah blah blah. Now look at them. He was given time to build the offense in a way that would work for him and Roethlisberger. Sure they got lucky with some late round picks that turned into soild gold but the thing is he had time to find those picks and work with them. I think keeping Marty Mornhinweg is a smart choice because he has had time to work with the offense and get on the smae page as Joe and now gets an entire offseason to watch film and find guys that can step in and fill the gaps that are there.
