If the team were not having the problems they are having, he would deserve another try. But he has consistently shown he is not up to it, and injuries are is weakness. Dump him and draft a good WR with the first pick. Flacco is just an average ( High Paid ) QB and without good players around him will continue to loose games.

Lets add some facts. The last several years we have drafted some top talent who for various reasons FLOPPED. Several stayed INJURED for multiple years and never panned out. It is how we ended up in the current condition we find ourselves. Stars leaving and NOTHING waiting to step and take their places. Some NEW coaching might also be a good idea, especially on DEFENSE

This is going to be embarrassing, so glad they moved it. The team is done until next year. Hopefully we can get some better talent and better coaching and get back to being RAVENS again. And What good is a high First or second round pick if the picks are going to be injured and can't play for two - three years.

Some other changes need to be made. There is Play Like A Raven, But also how about " Coach like A Ravens Coach ". Seems to me as I watch, the same old stuff keeps happening. Sloppy Tackling, Players out of position, or just plain Bad ( Wrong Overages ). This is especially true on the defense side. Time for a Coach change there. The other is the O-Line. Didn't like that coaching change when it was made. Dump him and get back to basics. Next time Flacco might get killed bedhind his schemes.
