  1. Its going to be really tough if Forsett, Dum and Yanda are out.    Also, Boldin has something to proove about our management tossing him out.  It's ironic that the super bowl 47  teams are facing each other with 1-4 records.  Of course, the personnel is absolutely different but the status of these teams has been damaged beyond a fans' expectations.

Yea, it's really tough to become a dynasty in this league.  The NFL sets itself up that way.  Well, unless you're the Patriots.  If it wasn't for that darn Brady, FLacco could be sitting here with three rings.  The good news is they have the FO and the talent to turn it right around next year.  What they need, I guess, is to beef up the medical staff.  SHEESH.  Iron Joe is the ONLY guy that doesn't get hurt.

  2. It's amazing this game even went to OT. 505 total yards! Another 100 on 12 Raven penalties. What's more amazing, is if Tucker hadn't missed that FG, they could have actually won. I bet there's a lot of people here that had the feeling McGown was gonna shred this D, and he did. I'm to the point where, if they're gonna lose every game, I wish they would just get blown out, instead of every game coming coming down to practically the last play. Then I could just turn it off, get on with my day, and not have to think about all the IFs!

  3. Well, if it's any consolation, The Raven's opponents for the first three games is 8-1. The Bengals, 3-7. The most frustrating part for us fans, I believe is how all of these games seemingly come down to the last play of the game. Maybe some of the breaks will start going their way, like playing at Pittsburgh when they don't have their QB or kicker. They had plenty of heartbreakers last year, they just didn't happen three in a row to start the season. However, Joe needs to pick it up. Five TDs, six TOs won't cut it.

  4. Here's how we dig out....forget about the 0-3 start. Here's what we need to do: - Win tomorrow at Pitts (1-3) - get the confidence going. -Hone cooking and a home win against the Brownies (2-3) - Travel out to SF and whip them - Super Bowl redux and suddenly we're back at .500 (3-3) For those rolling your eyes, stick with me. - Let's say for sake of argument, Arizona eek out a win and we drop a tough road game (3-4) - We come back to San Diego and home cooking again - we win (4-4) - Jags at home? (5-4) - Rame at home? (6-4) Now we're rolling.... - Road win at the Brownies next brings us up to (7-4) - Another road game at Miami...when is the last time they beat us? Exactly - we win (8-4) Sets us up nicely for the next 3 at home ...Seattle at home, Chiefs at home, Squeelers at home.... Let's start with the W tomorrow and build from there.

Love your optimism, but what are you smoking?

  5. I have been trying to do everything I can to help the Ravens win. The first game I watched all on TV. No good. So the second game I listened to the whole thing on the radio. Well, that didn't work either. So Sunday I only followed the game on the internet. No luck. Well, I'm sorry Ravens fans, because I know whatever I DO, determines whether they win or not! This Thursday, I will go to bed and pretend they're not even playing. So, if they lose this week, some other fan is doing something wrong, not me!
