  1. Maybe he's got time to churn out a few TDs now. The least he could do to help out all us Ravens ticket holders paying for his ever growing salary and family.
  2. Nooo don't destroy my irrational perception of the Ravens with your counterpoints!! It's ok when the Broncos, Pats and Colts get "cupcake" schedules but not us! Accept my hypocrisy!!! LOL I guess the Patriot's win a few other games as well. Six SBs and ten AFCGs in the last 15 years is kind of impressive, but it's only because of their weak schedule.
  3. Why are these people explaining their stats, immediately labled "HATERS?" I didn't really see any hatred going on.
  4. It is, indeed. But I think it's because people generally hate the Ravens. We stole Cleveland's team, then we had that killer Ray Lewis, then we had that junkie Jamal Lewis, then we had that wife beater Ray Rice. When I've been in other parts of the country, I can't count the number of times I've heard one of those complaints. Yea, that's right. Everybody hates the Ravens. All over the country. Seems to me, you're the only one on this site bringing all this Old News up!
  5. I gotta say, I like Young and Canady. Can't complain too much about Wright and Smith. The D has been awesome. The DL has been great. The offense has been well, offensive. I don't think Zuttah has been playing that bad. I watch. I think Flacco and Forsett have been the worst performers so far. Hey, it's the truth. Let's hope ALL improve!
  6. 2015 the record said we sucked but no one wanted to face us, we really only lost the Seattle game (and that was with ½ of our starters our on IR). I still consider us in the upper echelon for the past decade even that year. Yea, only lost ONE game last year. Sheesh!
  7. Unfortunately, Below Average Joe will try to continue to throw game after game away.
  8. Average Joe is the 30th ranked starting QB in the league. Nothing's changed in nine years. The Ravens have won, despite Below Average Joe's attempts to throw away every game he can. Kudos to the D and STs.
  9. Great! 21 straight completions!!! For less than 200 yards, two interceptions and zero touchdowns. Below Average Joe tried his darnedest to throw this game away yesterday as usual, but the D and Tucker bailed him out again. Typical 77% rating. No difference from the last three years.
  10. Average Joe tossing it around to the tune of a 77.2 % rating. Close to his lifetime average. Why would anything change after nine years. The Ravens are winning DESPITE Below Average Joe.
  11. Let me break it to you gently. Urschel ain't that good.
  12. If I'm reading John's article correctly, Gilmore, Williams and Boyle ALL started for the Ravens last year against Jville. Even if their first snap was a three TE set, which I don't know, that's a pretty misleading stat.
  13. If Flacco can throw ONE TD pass, and NOT turn it over, the Ravens have a shot. But at Jville, that's a TALL order for Average Joe.
  14. Not sure if that is the answer or not. Both him and Forsett have similar numbers. (#s from this website) Player Att Yds Yds/Att Long TD Justin Forsett 24 78 3.3 11 0 Terrance West 23 74 3.2 10 0 Pretty close. Forsett, eight years older, $2.5 mil a year richer. Who's running this team? Duquette and Showalter?
  15. I think the problem with the run game is more a O-line than Trestman problem. Although, once Flacco started throwing the rock around more it did open up the run game some. The problem with the run game is Forsett. Go with West, Allen and Dixon. JF is making WAY too much money for his production and age. Save some $$, and let the guy go get all the social media face time he needs for himself and his family!
  16. I'll reevaluate in three years.
  17. I'd be great with Dixon, Allen and West. See if they can unload Forsett for a seventh rounder, or whatever. Save alotta bucks, and get better. That'll give Justin a lot more face time on all his social media sites, and much more camera time for his humanitarian efforts around the globe.
  18. Well at least they were able to stick with it just enough (about 25 carries for 80 yards each game) to keep the Bills and Browns off balance just enough, and to eventually run some time off the clock. 3.2 yards a carry probably ain't gonna cut it for the whole year however. At least it's not like in '13 when they couldn't gain a stinkin' yard most of the time, and just abandoned it several games. I think with a little more time together the OL should only improve. Also, I'm no coach, but seems like the call the run in obvious situations.
  19. Yeah, same old, same old. Joe is right at his career rating avg. this year, at 84.5. Every time there is an article like this, Joe tends to lay a giant egg. And Jacksonville is just the place to do it.
  20. The Browns backs were up against the wall as well. They certainly did not want to go 0-2. That was a huge game for Cleveland and they were at home as well. RAVENS WON! Not worried about the Jags this coming Sunday. Their defense is garbage and Bortles has been mediocre at best. I like our chances. Must win game or not. Just bad karma, man.
  21. Personally, I think Pryor knew exactly what he was doing, and it backfired on him. There were two refs right there he could have handed the ball to. And he could have tossed the ball ANYWHERE else, but HAD to drop it on Webb. He doesn't realize it yet, but Pryor has been pulled into the NEW BROWNS ZONE. Not unlike the Twilight Zone, he and everyone else who has had the misfortune (Kruger, Gordon, etc., etc., etc.,) to play for the NEW BROWNS are sucked in and DOOMED forever. Significantly due to the awful karma the NEW BROWNS fans ooze, (see Bottlegate, the Will Hill return, etc., etc., etc.) But MOSTLY due to the curse of Modell. Until those braindead fans and media heads in Cleveland learn to make it right by Art, they are DOOMED to NEW BROWNS ZONE forever. Hey, it's no secret why it only took 18 yeas for the NEW BROWNS to become the worst franchise in NFL history!
  22. It takes a lot out of a guy trying to watch the Ravens and O's at the same time. Fortunately, the results are fantastic, but getting there is agony.
  23. This site is playing like Flacco. Below average.
  24. Dude, stop hating on Perriman so much. I wonder do you feel the same for Chris Moore. He only have one reception for 13 yards. Are you gonna hate Chris Moore just by having one catch and call him a bust? What about Steve Smith he only had 19yrds receiving are you gonna hate that too? Give the guy a chance. The awesome catch from Perriman for 35 yards was a good start for him and he will continue to grow as a player. Dude, why you always telling everyone what to do? Everyone is entitled to their opinion whether you feel it is warranted or not. Actually, you're pretty much proving his point. You're heaping praise on the guy for one catch in two years. Hey, I hope he turns out to be the next Jerry Rice, but you can't ignore the facts. He gets hurt every time he plays.
  25. Trestman? I've seen many a game where the offense was a lot more pathetic than last week. They DO have a QB, RB and two WRs coming off serious injuries. As well as a TE who hasn't played in two years and a couple rookies protecting Joe's blindside. Let's face it, you're not going to get much more than that out of average Joe. 250 yards, 1 TD, no turnovers, (although he gets credit for a fumble, that was not his fault) and no jump balls turned into another pick six, thank God. Let's see how they do with a little more playing time together. It would be great, if they could put another 50 or so yards up on the ground. They DID show some improvement as the game wore on. Ran it in the fourth quarter, when the Bills knew they were going to run.
