I'm sure the ravens would love to do that with a top 10 WR talent but they never get a chance to because they play so well in the season that they always pick later in the first round of the draft. Also, they did try developing a young early drafted WR. His name was Torrey Smith who in all honesty turned out to be a B- reciever. I'm not opposed to renewing a short 1 year contract for him to prove himself, but I'm still for seeking a vet WR
